УПРАВЛІННЯ ЕКОЛОГІЧНОЮ СКЛАДОВОЮ СИСТЕМИ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ РЕГІОНУ

Анотація

Питання забезпечення екологічної безпеки на промислових підприємствах регіонів стає все більш актуальним з кожним роком. Це безпосередньо пов'язано зі швидкими темпами розвитку техніки і дедалі більшим впливом її на навколишнє середовище. У зв'язку з цим виникає потреба в зниженні негативного впливу промисловості на природу загалом, а також в обговоренні даної проблеми на державному рівні. У статті встановлено, що протягом останніх 10 років на міжнародному рівні великим успіхом користуються розробки і впровадження нових стандартів роботи різних організацій в сфері захисту навколишнього середовища та екологічного управління, які формують поняття екологічного менеджменту. Доведено, що з метою забезпечення та подальшого збереження досягнутого рівня екологічної безпеки необхідні: чітка оцінка масштабів негативного впливу, а також якісна і кількісна оцінка економічного збитку від забруднення навколишнього середовища. Для цього необхідно провести аналіз показників екологічної безпеки підприємства регіонів.

MANAGEMENT OF THE ECOLOGICAL COMPONENT OF THE REGIONAL ECONOMIC SECURITY SYSTEM

Summary

The issue of environmental safety at industrial enterprises in the regions is becoming increasingly important every year. This is directly related to the rapid development of technology and its growing impact on the environment. Therefore, there is a need to reduce the negative impact of industry on nature in general, as well as to discuss this issue at the state level. The article states that over the past 10 years at the international level have been very successful in developing and implementing new standards of work of various organizations in the field of environmental protection and environmental management, which form the concept of environmental management. It is proved that in order to ensure and further maintain the achieved level of environmental safety, it is necessary to: clearly assess the extent of the negative impact, as well as qualitative and quantitative assessment of economic damage from environmental pollution. For this purpose it is necessary to carry out the analysis of indicators of ecological safety of the enterprise of regions.
It is noted that the development of the economy attracts more and more natural resources into economic turnover and leads to the depletion of natural complexes. Minimization of man-caused load on the environment is of particular importance for industrial enterprises in terms of increasing the volume of mining and increasing production capacity. Because industrial production is inevitably associated with high risks of adverse effects on the ecosystem, even catastrophic, it requires effective environmental safety management. It is concluded that in the conditions of development of modern market relations enterprises and organizations are subject to consolidated external and internal influences of constructive and destructive factors that significantly affect the results of their economic activity and, consequently, their economic security. The main tasks currently being developed by business strategies are to ensure the safe and sustainable development not only of the objects of market relations, but also to protect the environment from the harmful effects of applied technologies and products.
