ВЗАЄМОЗВ'ЯЗОК РОЗВИТКУ МАТЕРІАЛЬНО-ТЕХНІЧНОЇ БАЗИ ТА ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО КАПІТАЛУ ДЛЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ АГРАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ
Анотація
Мета статті — обгрунтувати необхідність подальшого розвитку аграрного сектору на засадах інноваційності та встановити взаємозв'язок між розвитком матеріально-технічної бази та інтелектуального капіталу для інноваційної діяльності аграрних підприємств.
Методика дослідження. У процесі дослідження використано діалектичні методи пізнання процесів і явищ, монографічний метод (аналіз проведених досліджень щодо питань інновацій у сільському господарстві, визначення факторів, що підсилюють та стимулюють інновації у сільському господарстві), порівняння (зіставлення різних підходів до класифікації інновацій в агросекторі), аналізу (дослідження динаміки обсягу та питомої ваги капітальних інвестицій у сільське господарство, визначення структури і динаміки руху основних видів техніки у сільськогосподарських підприємствах), абстрактно-логічний (теоретичні узагальнення та формулювання висновків).
Результати дослідження. У статті розглядаються питання визначення сутності та необхідності впровадження інновацій в аграрному секторі. Виділено основні фактори, що сприяють стимулюванню інновацій у сільському господарстві. Розглянуто основні підходи до класифікації інновацій в аграрному секторі. Охарактеризовано сучасний стан технічного забезпечення сільськогосподарських підприємств, що наразі наближається до критичної межі. Проведено аналіз, який свідчить про тенденцію їх скорочення впродовж останніх років. Державні інвестиції в науково-дослідні роботи в сільському господарстві розглядаються як важливий політичний важіль для підтримки довгострокового зростання продуктивності праці в цьому секторі. Підкреслено наявність взаємозв'язку між темпом росту доходу підприємств, віддачею від інтелектуального капіталу та інвестиціями в основний капітал.
Елементи наукової новизни. Набули подальшого розвитку теоретичні положення щодо інноваційної діяльності аграрних підприємств. Встановлено, що інноваційна діяльність на підприємстві неможлива без сформованого та накопиченого інтелектуального капіталу як певного базису, що дозволяє здійснювати постійний процес пошуку, адаптації та імплементації в господарську практику досягнень науки.
Практична значущість. Визначено основні напрями інноваційного розвитку аграрних підприємств через призму необхідності формування та систематичного накопичення інтелектуального капіталу підприємства як фундаментальної основи проведення інноваційної діяльності підприємства аграрного сектору економіки та підвищення його конкурентоспроможності.

INTERRELATION BETWEEN THE DEVELOPMENT OF MATERIAL AND TECHNICAL BASE AND INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL FOR INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES
Summary
The purpose of the article is to establish the need for further development of the agricultural sector on the basis of innovation and to establish the relationship between the development of material and technical base and intellectual capital for innovation of agricultural enterprises.
Research methodology. The research used dialectical methods of cognition of processes and phenomena, monographic method (analysis of research on innovation in agriculture, identification of factors that enhance and stimulate innovation in agriculture), comparison (comparison of different approaches to the classification of innovation in the agricultural sector), analysis (study of the dynamics of the volume and share of capital investment in agriculture, determining the structure and dynamics of the main types of equipment in agricultural enterprises), abstract-logical (theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions).
Research results. The article considers the issues of defining the essence and necessity of innovations in the agricultural sector. The main factors contributing to the stimulation of innovations in agriculture are highlighted. The main approaches to the classification of innovations in the agricultural sector are considered. The current state of technical support of agricultural enterprises, which is currently approaching the critical limit, is described. The analysis is conducted, which indicates a tendency to reduce them in recent years. Public investment in agricultural research is seen as an important political lever to support long-term productivity growth in the sector. The relationship between the growth rate of corporate income, return on intellectual capital and investment in fixed capital is emphasized.
Elements of scientific novelty. Theoretical provisions on innovation activity of agricultural enterprises have been further developed. It is established that innovative activity at the enterprise is impossible without the formed and accumulated intellectual capital as a certain basis, which allows to carry out a constant process of search, adaptation and implementation in economic practice of scientific achievements.
Practical significance. The main directions of innovative development of agricultural enterprises through the prism of the need to form and systematically accumulate intellectual capital of the enterprise as a fundamental basis for innovative activities of the agricultural sector and increase its competitiveness.
