БЕЗПЕКОВІ АСПЕКТИ В УПРАВЛІННІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВАМИ ВИСОКОТЕХНОЛОГІЧНОГО СЕКТОРУ ЕКОНОМІКИ В УМОВАХ НЕОІНДУСТРІАЛЬНОЇ МОДЕРНІЗАЦІЇ
Анотація
В Україні проблема забезпечення економічної безпеки стоїть гостро перед кожним суб'єктом господарювання, що найбільшою мірою спричинено швидкими змінами умов функціонування та складністю забезпечення необхідного рівня результативності фінансово-господарської діяльності. Розвиток підприємств високотехнологічного сектору економіки має пріоритетне значення не лише для його учасників, але й як основа модернізації національної економіки. Обгрунтовано, що орієнтація на виробництво високотехнологічної продукції повинна забезпечити скорочення відставання України від країн-лідерів економічного розвитку. З'ясовано, що процес забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємств високотехнологічного сектору економіки характеризується певними відмінностями, в основі яких лежить необхідність формування безпечних умов трудової діяльності для працівників як найбільш цінного ресурсу. Працівники, які здатні генерувати нові знання для розроблення та виробництва високотехнологічної продукції, потребують захисту та створення умов для саморозвитку та більш ефективного використання індивідуального потенціалу. Обгрунтовано, що безпекова політика підприємств високотехнологічного сектору економіки повинна бути гнучкою і забезпечувати взаємоузгоджене досягнення інтересів працівників, менеджменту та власників.

SECURITY ASPECTS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES OF THE HIGH-TECH SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY IN THE CONDITIONS OF NEO-INDUSTRIAL MODERNIZATION
Summary
The problem of ensuring economic security is acute for every business entity in Ukraine, which is largely caused by rapid changes in operating conditions and the difficulty of ensuring the required level of financial and economic performance. The development of enterprises in the high-tech sector of the economy is a priority not only for its participants, but also as a basis for modernization of the national economy. It is substantiated that the focus on the production of high-tech products should reduce the gap with the leading economic development countries.
It was found that the number of Ukrainian enterprises that can develop, manufacture and promote high-tech products is limited, and their operation, despite the importance of achieving national interests, with constant political, social and economic instability, which significantly complicates the process of state regulation, in the greatest to some extent depends on the availability of a system of economic security within each individual business entity; It was found that the process of ensuring the economic security of enterprises in the high-tech sector of the economy is characterized by certain differences, which are based on the need to create safe working conditions for employees as the most valuable resource. Protection is needed by employees who are able to summarize and analyze large amounts of information with the subsequent generation of new knowledge. In addition, workers can be considered both the most vulnerable resource in need of protection and the source of the most significant internal threats. Employees who are able to generate new knowledge for the development and production of high-tech products need to protect and create conditions for self-development and more effective use of individual potential. The peculiarities of the process of ensuring economic security at the enterprises of the high-tech sector of the economy, which are directly related to its staff, are determined: focus on creative individuals who are able to generate new ideas with the subsequent creation of an innovative product; creation of favorable conditions for team work on the project with formalization of knowledge and heredity of traditions and transfer of experience; taking into account the individual characteristics of each employee; stimulating the development of individual potential of employees; individual approach to the formation of safe working conditions for groups of workers with different participation in the development and production of high-tech products; protection of the results of creative work of employees to create high-tech products; application of collective security policy, when each participant takes into account security aspects in current activities, creates conditions for the formation of safe conditions for themselves and others. It is substantiated that the security policy of enterprises of the high-tech sector of the economy should be flexible and ensure mutually agreed achievement of the interests of employees, management and owners.
