КЛЮЧОВІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ЕЛЕКТРОЕНЕРГЕТИКИ ТА ЇХ КЛАСИФІКАЦІЙНІ ОЗНАКИ
Анотація
У статті розглядаються особливості функціонування підприємств електроенергетики. Встановлено, що підприємства електроенергетики та енергетики загалом належать до категорії підприємств стратегічної інфраструктури, забезпечуючи базові потреби первинного характеру як потужних промислових підприємств, транспортної мережі, так і звичайних домогосподарств. З'ясовано класифікаційні ознаки енергетичних підприємств.
Встановлено, що розвиток інструментів управління підприємствами енергетики в конкурентному середовищі засновано на багатовимірності процесу управління. Виділено ключові особливості, що вирізняють підприємства електроенергетики, з-поміж інших галузей економіки та з'ясовано те, що якісна відмінність підприємств електроенергетики зумовлена високим рівнем наукомісткості виробництва електроенергії та забезпечення подальших процесів її розподілу та споживання, що вимагає знання технологічної специфіки організації згаданих процесів. Обгрунтовано, що до детермінованих особливостей функціонування підприємств електроенергетики віднесено: виробничі особливості, техніко-технологічні обмеження та екологічна складова їх діяльності.

KEY FEATURES OF ELECTRICITY COMPANIES FUNCTIONING AND THEIR CLASSIFICATION FEATURES
Summary
The article deals with the peculiarities of functioning of the electric power enterprises. It has been established that electricity and energy enterprises as a whole belong to the category of strategic infrastructure enterprises, providing basic needs of primary nature of both powerful industrial enterprises, the transport network, and ordinary households. The classification characteristics of energy companies have been clarified.
It is established that the development of energy management tools in a competitive environment is based on the multidimensionality of the management process. The key features that distinguish electricity companies from other sectors of the economy are identified, and it is found out that the qualitative difference between electric power companies is due to the high level of high-intensity electricity production and the provision of further processes of its distribution and consumption, which requires knowledge of the technological specifics of the organization mentioned.
The deterministic features of the operation of electricity companies include: first, production features, since the production sphere is objectively attributed only to the process of electricity production by generating companies, and the transmission, distribution and consumption of energy are related to the sphere of circulation, but in technical functional features these electricity processes are considered production and continue the electricity generation process in the sphere of circulation. Secondly, the technical and technological limitations, the basic technological limitations of the electricity generating companies, are the impossibility of significant accumulation and concentration of energy, taking into account the requirements for its transportation, which is due to the need for a timely coincidence of the process of production and consumption of this product. Third, the environmental component, the effective functioning of the enterprise of any industry and its interaction with the external environment in modern conditions is determined by environmental friendliness; In the case of electric power companies, the high production intensity has a negative impact on its environmental friendliness, which is manifested in the extreme scale of thermal pollution, which in turn leads to the need for careful planning for the location of such enterprises and the additional costs of constructing special purpose hydraulic structures.
