ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ ЗЕЛЕНОГО ТУРИЗМУ В ОБ'ЄДНАНИХ ТЕРИТОРІАЛЬНИХ ГРОМАДАХ

Анотація

Подані у статті дослідження стосуються актуального на сьогодні питання розвитку зеленого туризму в об'єднаних територіальних громадах, який має стратегічне значення для встановлення національної економіки. Розкрито проблеми та перспективи розвитку зеленого туризму в об'єднаних територіальних громадах. Визначено природний, культурний, людський потенціал і можливості його залучення для розвитку зеленого туризму. Встановлено, що зелений туризм може бути додатковим чинником наповнення дохідної частини бюджету об'єднаних територіальних громад. Охарактеризовано пріоритетні основні напрями регіонів для розвитку зеленого туризму. Визначено, що зелений туризм може відіграти роль каталізатора структурної перебудови економіки, забезпечити демографічну стабільність і розв'язати соціально-економічні проблеми, які виникають під час формування об'єднаних територіальних громад.

PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF GREEN TOURISM IN THE UNITED TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES

Summary

The research presented in this article addresses the pressing issue of green tourism development in integrated territorial communities. The operation of rural green tourism is of strategic importance for the development of the national economy, given the high level of unemployment that has arisen in rural areas, and this needs to be addressed urgently. One of the ways to reduce rural unemployment is to develop entrepreneurship in rural areas, in particular in the field of green tourism, that is, to create opportunities for rural residents to engage in entrepreneurial activity and earn income.
The problems and prospects of green tourism development in the united territorial communities are revealed. The basic directions of development of tourism are: creation of the perfect system of management of the branch; development and strengthening of the material base of tourism; effective use of recreational resources, objects of historical and cultural heritage; organization of advertising and information support of the industry development; the reproduction of folk traditions and crafts; ensuring the implementation of organizational and legal control measures. Also, the prospects for the development of green tourism are formed through the implementation of measures to improve the improvement of rural estates, streets, villages, development of social infrastructure.
The natural, cultural, human potential and opportunities for its involvement in the development of green tourism have been identified. It is established that green tourism can be an additional factor in filling the revenue part of the budget of the united territorial communities. Priority main directions of regions for development of green tourism are characterized. It has been determined that green tourism can serve as a catalyst for structural restructuring of the economy, provide demographic stability and solve the socio-economic problems that arise in forming united territorial communities.
The favorable external territorial environment, inexhaustible recreational opportunities testify to the further development of rural green tourism in the form of small business, and will become a significant source of replenishment of local budgets, development of social infrastructure of the united territorial communities.
