НАУКОВО-ОСВІТНІ АСПЕКТИ РОЗВИТКУ ОРГАНІЧНОГО ВИРОБНИЦТВА

Анотація

Проведено аналіз світового досвіду науково-освітньої підтримки розвитку органічного виробництва та ринку з метою постійного розвитку органічної сфери. Здійснено ретроспективний аналіз розвитку органічної освіти та науки у провідних країнах світу. Визначено, що розробка керівних принципів та спільних навчальних програм на всіх рівнях підготовки з органічного агровиробництва сприяла покращенню потенціалу органіки як всередині, так і за межами систем сільськогосподарської освіти багатьох розвинених країн світу. Проаналізовано процес започаткування системи органічної освіти та науки в Україні. Досліджено діяльність українських вищих та середньо-спеціальних освітніх закладів у напрямах впровадження навчальних і дослідницьких програм з органічного виробництва. Зазначено, що прийняття органічних практик є доволі інертним процесом у вітчизняних наукових та освітніх закладах, але значна кількість вітчизняних вишів вже запровадили декілька навчальних дисциплін з органічного сільського господарства. Визначено необхідність постійного розвитку навчальних та дослідних програм з метою більш якісного забезпечення підвищення органічного потенціалу України.

SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL ASPECTS OF THE ORGANIC PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT

Summary

The analysis of the international experience of scientific and educational support of the organic production development and market with the purpose of constant development of the organic sphere is carried out. Retrospective analysis of the development of organic education and science in the leading countries of the world was carried out. It has been determined that the development of guidelines and common curricula at all levels of organic farming training has improved the potential of organic, both inside and outside the agricultural education systems of many developed countries. The process of launching the system of organic education and science in Ukraine is analyzed. The activity of Ukrainian higher and secondary specialized educational institutions in the field of implementation of educational and research programs on organic production is in the focus of research. It is noted that the adoption of organic practices is rather inert process in domestic scientific and educational institutions, but at the same time significant number of domestic universities have already introduced several educational supjects in organic agriculture. The necessity of continuous development of educational and research programs with the aim to have more qualitative maintenance of increase of organic potential of Ukraine is determined.
