Анотація
У статті виявлено особливості, проблеми й тенденції розвитку вітчизняних аграрних підприємств. Обгрунтовано можливості їх вирішення на засадах використання нових форм і методів та інструментів їх державної підтримки й регулювання. Це викликано динамічним розвитком зовнішнього середовища господарювання, змінами на національному й європейському та світовому аграрних ринках. Тому нові інструменти (фінансові, нефінансові, партнерство) необхідно здійснювати з використанням нових методів їх моніторингу, контролю та прогнозування з прямим та непрямим впливом. Обгрунтовано, що засоби регулювання поширюються не тільки на виробничо-економічну, але й соціальну та екологічну діяльність агроформувань.

DEVELOPMENT OF DOMESTIC AGRARIAN ENTERPRISES ON THE BASIS OF NEW FORMS, METHODS AND INSTRUMENTS OF STATE REGULATION AND SUPPORT
Summary
The article reveals peculiarities, problems and tendencies of development of domestic agrarian enterprises. The possibilities of their solution on the basis of the use of new forms and methods and tools of their state support and regulation are substantiated. This is due to the dynamic development of the external environment of management, changes in the national and European and world agrarian markets. Therefore, new tools (financial, non-financial, partnership) need to be implemented using new methods of monitoring, monitoring and forecasting with direct and indirect impact. It is substantiated that regulatory means apply not only to the production-economic, but also to the social and environmental activities of agro formations.
