Анотація
У статті проаналізовано сучасний стан земельної детермінанти агрохолдингів в Україні та окреслено перспективи їх подальшого господарювання. Охарактеризовано структуру аграрного сектора економіки України та визначено роль і місце агрохолдингів у цій структурі. Обгрунтовано перспективи подальшої трансформації структури землекористування в умовах ринкової трансформації земельних відносин у сільському господарстві.

MODERN TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL HOLDINGS IN UKRAINE
Summary
The article presents the analysis of the current state of agricultural holdings in Ukraine and demonstrates the prospects for their further development and functioning. The organizational and economic mechanism of construction of agroholdings is investigated. The activity of holdings in the agrarian sector of the economy is analyzed. The agrarian sector of Ukraine is highlighted in the context of rapid growth of production and export during the last decade. The importance of the agro-sector in the structure of the national economy is described. The topicality of recent trends in the sector and the prospects for accelerating the reform of the agrarian sector are considered. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the benefits of agroholdings compared to other types of agricultural producers, due to the benefits of large-scale commodity production, investment in agriculture and support for the development of rural areas.
