РОЛЬ АУДИТУ ПЕРСОНАЛУ НА ПІДПРИЄМСТВІ

Анотація

У сучасному суспільстві для ефективного функціонування підприємств важливу роль відіграють управлінські інновації. Однією з таких інновацій є аудит персоналу. Саме він сприяє покращенню якісного складу персоналу, просуванню найбільш перспективних працівників по службовій кар'єрі, впровадженню найбільш ефективних методів оцінювання персоналу та узгодженню діяльності служб управління кадрами з цілями підприємства.
У статті розглянуто проблеми плинності кадрів на підприємстві та недостатній рівень управління ним. Однією із технологій стратегічного управління є аудит персоналу, який визначений як система консультаційної підтримки, яка володіє спеціальними інструментами для збирання інформації, його аналізу та розроблені напрямів і завдань щодо вирішення існуючих проблем. У статті наведено різне трактування аудиту персоналу. Виділено основні напрями аудиту та показано роль аудиту в діяльності підприємств.

Summary

In modern society, managerial innovation plays an important role for the effective functioning of enterprises. One of these innovations is personnel audits. It contributes to the improvement of the quality of personnel, the promotion of the most promising employees in the career, the introduction of the most effective methods of personnel evaluation and the coordination of the activities of personnel management services with the objectives of the enterprise.
In the article the problems of personnel turnover in the enterprise and insufficient level of management of them are considered. One of the technologies of strategic management is the personnel audit, which is defined as a system of consulting support, which has special tools for collecting information, its analysis and developed directions and tasks for solving existing problems. The article gives a different interpretation of the personnel audit. The main areas of audit are highlighted and the role of audit in the activity of enterprises is shown.
