ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ЗАСАДИ КОНТРАКТАЦІЇ В АГРАРНОМУ СЕКТОРІ ЕКОНОМІКИ

Анотація

Досліджено теоретичні засади контрактації як форми квазі-інтеграційних відносин в аграрному секторі економіки. Встановлено, що зміст дефініції "контрактація" змінювався залежно від низки економіко-політичних чинників, його трактування обумовлене приналежністю науковців до певного напряму економічної теорії. Сформовано теоретико-методологічний базис контрактації в аграрному секторі економіки. Уточнено зміст категоріального апарату контрактації, визначено її предметно-об'єктну область. Узагальнено типологію контрактів за видом економічних благ, направленістю та рівнем здійснення. Сформовані принципи розвитку і здійснення контрактації, зокрема обгрунтовані принципи законності, формальності, відповідальності, рівноправності, публічності, конкурентності, ефективності, контрольованості та системності. Визначені економічна, соціальна, системна та регулювальна функції контрактації, показані механізми їх реалізації. Інституційний взаємозв'язок функцій показаний на прикладі виробничої контрактації в аграрному секторі економіки.

THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASES FOR CONTACTING IN THE AGRARIAN SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY

Summary

The theoretical principles of contracting as forms of the quasi-integration relations in the agrarian sector of the economy are investigated. It is established that a definition essence of "contracting" was changed depending on a set of economic and political factors, its interpretation is caused by belonging a great number of scientists to a certain direction of the economic theory. The theoretical and methodological basis of contracting in the agrarian sector of the economy is created. The maintenance of the contracting categorical toolset is specified, there was defined its subject and object area. The typology of contracts is generalized by types of the economic benefits, by an orientation and level of its implementation. There are created principles of contracting development and implementation, in particular the principles of legality, formality, responsibility, equality, publicity, competition, efficiency, control and systemacy are proved. The economic, social, system-making and regulating contracting functions are defined, the mechanisms of their realization are shown. The institutional interrelation of functions is shown on the example of production contracting in the agrarian sector of the economy.
