Анотація

У статті досліджено причини виникнення кризових явищ на ресурсний потенціал з метою визначення напрямів керовано-організаційного розвитку аграрних підприємств. Здійснено узагальненння впливу факторів на ресурсний потенціал з метою забезпечення ефективного розвитку аграрних підприємств. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення механізму формування належного рівня ресурсного потенціалу аграрних підприємств на тактичному та стратегічному рівнях.

Summary

The article considers influence of reasons of origination of crisis phenomena — upon resource potential with the aim of study of management and organisation agricultural enterprise development. The article generalises influence of factors upon resource potential with the aim of study of the management and organisation development of an agricultural enterprise and building a mechanism. It improves a mechanism of formation of the resource potential of the management and organisation development of an agricultural enterprise at tactical and strategic levels.
