РОЗРОБКА ДІЄВОЇ ТЕОРІЇ МОТИВАЦІЇ ПРАЦІВНИКІВ НА ВІТЧИЗНЯНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВАХ ІЗ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯМ КОНЦЕПЦІЇ САМОРОЗВИТКУ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена вивченню питань застосування відомих теорій мотивації у практиці вітчизняних підприємств та визначення можливостей розробки нової дієвої теорії мотивації. Для цього авторами спочатку здійснено порівняльний аналіз переваг та недоліків відомих мотиваційних теорій, а також масштабність їх застосування на підприємствах України. Встановлено також, що відому концепцію саморозвитку персоналу підприємства можна покласти в основу нової дієвої теорії мотивації. На цій основі розроблено принципово нову теорію мотиваційної поведінки працівника та доведено її дієвість на вітчизняних підприємствах.

APPLICATION OF THE SELF-DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT FOR THE ELABORATION OF AN EFFECTIVE STAFF MOTIVATION THEORY AT THE NATIONAL ENTERPRISES
Summary
This article deals with the application of the well known theories of motivation in the practice of national enterprises. It is specially noted about opportunities for the development of a new effective motivation theory. To do this, the authors conducted a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the well known motivation theories and the scale of their application at the enterprises of Ukraine. It was also found that the well known concept of self-development can be put in the basis of a new effective theory of motivation. On this basis, It was developed a fundamentally new theory of motivational employee behavior and proved its effectiveness at the national enterprises.
