УПРАВЛІННЯ ПРИБУТКОМ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА ЯК УМОВА ЙОГО ЕФЕКТИВНОГО ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ
Анотація
Статтю присвячено дослідженню та узагальненню теоретико-методичних і науково-практичних аспектів управління прибутковістю аграрного виробництва, розв'язанню наукового завдання, що виявляється в підвищенні прибутковості виробничої системи типового аграрного підприємства Житомирської області. Проблемою ефективного розвитку досліджуваного підприємства стали застарілі технології виробництва, низький рівень матеріально-технічного забезпечення, незадоволені потреби в ресурсному забезпеченні та ін. Вирішення проаналізованих проблем полягає в запровадженні принципово нових технологічних факторів виробництва, які підтверджуються прогнозними економічними розрахунками, стосовно питань фінансового забезпечення запропонованих нововведень, джерел їх надходження та розрахунку показників ефективності від їх використання. Успішний розвиток досліджуваного підприємства можливий за умови розвитку зовнішнього середовища аграрного підприємства, а те в свою чергу залежать від розвитку національної економіки. Подальший розвиток підприємств аграрного сектора області повинен бути спрямований на впровадження стратегії підвищення ефективності виробничої діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств Житомирської області під час використання високотехнологічних аспектів.

ENTERPRISE PROFIT MANAGEMENT AS A CONDITION FOR ITS EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING
Summary
The thesis is devoted to the research and generalization of theoretical and methodological and scientific-practical aspects of the management of the profitability of agricultural production, the solution of the scientific problem, which manifests itself in increasing the profitability of the production system of Polissya— Agricultural -Agro Ltd. in the Ovruch region of Zhytomyr region. The problem of effective development of the investigated enterprise has become obsolete production technologies, low level of logistics, dissatisfied with the need for resource provision, etc. The solution of the analyzed problems is the introduction of fundamentally new technological factors of production, which are confirmed by predictive economic calculations, in relation to the issues of financial provision of the proposed innovations, sources of their receipt and calculation of efficiency indicators from their use.
The solution of this problem, together with optimization of production processes of the livestock industry and optimization of the processes of development of agricultural enterprises in Zhytomyr region, will provide an opportunity to update the material and resource supply of Polissya— Agricultural -Agro Ltd., create conditions for the development of effective competitive environment and significantly increase its efficiency. When introducing resource-saving technology of growing spring wheat in the investigated farm, the production efficiency of this crop is significantly increased. Successful development of the investigated enterprise is possible under the condition of the development of the external environment of the agrarian enterprise, and these, in turn, depend on the development of the national economy. Expansion of markets in the interests of increasing sales is an urgent goal for Polissya— Agricultural -Agro Ltd. To solve the problem of expansion of markets, the policy is aimed at eliminating restrictions on regional trade. The given economic policy of the enterprise provides maintenance of material and labor resources of agriculture. Further development of enterprises of the agrarian sector of the region should be aimed at introducing a strategy for increasing the efficiency of agricultural activity of agricultural enterprises in Zhytomyr region, using high-tech aspects.
