ЗАХОДИ ПОДОЛАННЯ ПРОБЛЕМ НАЦІОНАЛЬНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ПРИ ЗДІЙСНЕННІ ЗОВНІШНЬОЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ
Анотація
У статті розглядаються можливості розвитку національних підприємств у напрямі зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Окреслено основні причин виходу національних підприємств на зовнішні ринки та методи виходу підприємств на іноземні ринки. Висвітлено низку процедур необхідних для функціонування суб'єктів зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Доведено необхідність розроблення стратегії розвитку національного підприємства на зовнішніх ринках, що дозволяє адекватно оцінювати потенціал підприємства, а також у майбутньому забезпечити стабільну перевагу над конкурентами. На основі виявлених проблем національних підприємств при здійсненні зовнішньоекономічної діяльності та налагодження експортоорієнтованості виробництва запропоновано заходи щодо їх подолання. Запропоновано заходи подолання проблем національних підприємств при здійсненні зовнішньоекономічної діяльності на рівні протекціоністських заходів з боку держави, які дозволять забезпечити належну конкурентоспроможність національних підприємств, а також на рівні самих підприємств.

MEASURES TO OVERCOME PROBLEMS OF NATIONAL ENTERPRISES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY
Summary
In the article examined opportunities for development of national enterprises in the direction of foreign economic activity. The main reasons for emergence of national enterprises to foreign markets and methods of entering foreign markets for enterprises are defined. A number of procedures required for functioning of subjects of foreign economic activity are covered. The need to design a strategy of the development of the national enterprise on foreign markets is proved which allow to assess adequately the potential of the enterprise, and provide a stable advantage over competitors in the future. Based on the identified problems of national enterprises in the implementation of foreign economic activities and the establishment of export-oriented production, the measures to overcome them are suggested . Measures for overcoming the problems of national enterprises in the implementation of foreign economic activity at the level of protectionist measures from the government side are suggested, this will allow to ensure proper competitiveness of national enterprises, as well as at the level of enterprises themselves.
