МЕТОДИЧНЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ОЦІНКИ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ РЕГІОНУ В СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто методичний підхід до визначення економічної безпеки регіонів. Проаналізовано економіко-математичне забезпечення процесу аналізу факторів впливу на економічну безпеку регіонів. Визначено алгоритм проведення оцінки економічної безпеки регіонів на основі використання методів економіко-математичного моделювання. На основі використання економіко-математичних методів було проведено оцінку економічної безпеки Київської області на основі аналізу факторів впливу. Виокремлено основні фактори впливу на економічну безпеку регіону на основі проведення кореляційно-регресійного аналізу для визначення тісноти зв'язку між обраними показниками в якості факторів впливу та визначено наскільки їх вплив має значення на економічну безпеку регіону. На основі проведеної оцінки економічної безпеки регіону в роботі було запропоновано вимоги щодо розробки та використання оптимальної методики оцінки економічної безпеки розвитку регіону. Визначено, що окрім самої методики оцінки економічної безпеки розвитку регіону, необхідно забезпечити розвиток базових галузей економіки.

METHODICAL SUPPORT OF THE ECONOMIC SECURITY ASSESSMENT OF THE REGION IN MODERN CONDITIONS
Summary
The article considers a methodical approach to determining the economic security of regions. It is determined that full and reliable data on the socio-economic status of the region, its prospects and opportunities are needed to assess the economic security of the country and its regions.
It is proved that for a more detailed assessment of the state of economic security of the regions, it is necessary to use a comprehensive methodological approach, the essence of which is to identify the list of relevant indicators that affect the socio-economic development of the region, and most fully reflect the structural changes in the economy of the region, and by which it is possible to assess the economic security of regional development. It is found that it is advisable to assess the state of economic security of the development of regions using economic and mathematical models.
The economic and mathematical support of the process of analyzing the factors of influence on the economic security of the regions is analyzed. It is established that the main causes and consequences of emerging threats to the economic security of the region include, first of all, the features of regional development, taking into account the climatic and social aspects.
The algorithm of estimation of economic security of regions on the basis of use of methods of economic-mathematical modeling is determined. Based on the use of economic and mathematical methods, an assessment of the economic security of the Kyiv region was carried out on the basis of the analysis of factors of influence. The main factors of impact on the economic security of the region were identified on the basis of correlation-regression analysis to determine the relationship between the selected indicators as influencing factors and to determine their impact on the economic security of the region. On the basis of the conducted assessment of the economic security of the region, the paper proposed requirements for the development and use of the optimal methodology for assessing the economic security of the development of the region. It was determined that in addition to the methodology of assessing the economic security of the development of the region, it is necessary to ensure the development of basic industries.
