ОСОБЛИВОСТІ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЗЕМЕЛЬНИМИ РЕСУРСАМИ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті охарактеризовано роль та значення земельних ресурсів у сучасних умовах розвитку економіки. З'ясовано місце земельних відносин у системі соціально-економічних відносин. Визначено сутність та зміст поняття "земельні ресурси" та "управління земельними ресурсами". Охарактеризовано мету, об'єкт управління та суб'єкти управління земельними ресурсами, які поділяються на суб'єкти загальної та спеціальної компетенції. Висвітлено функції, що окресленні навколо найважливіших завдань щодо регулювання земельних відносин та збалансованого розвитку аграрного виробництва у сферах правових відносин, управління земельними ресурсами та інформаційних послуг. Для підвищення рівня ефективності управління землями сільськогосподарського призначення досліджено споживчі особливості землі та специфічні аспекти.

FEATURES OF LAND MANAGEMENT IN UKRAINE
Summary
This article describes the role and significance of land resources in the current conditions of economic development. The place of land relations in the system of socio-economic relations is elucidated. The essence and content of the concept of "land resources" and "management of land resources" are determined. The objective, object of management and subjects of land resources management, which are divided into subjects of general and special competence, are characterized. The functions, which provide land management, are outlined, as well as the list of the most important tasks concerning the regulation of land relations and the balanced development of agricultural production in the spheres of legal relations, land resources management and information services. To improve the efficiency of land management, the consumer features of land and specific aspects of agricultural land management have been investigated.
