Анотація

Статтю присвячено дослідженню особливостей забезпечення режиму комерційної таємниці та суть комерційної таємниці. Розглянуто види таємної інформації та види відповідальності за неправомірне використання комерційної таємниці. Особливості віднесення інформації до комерційної таємниці. Висвітлено роль внутрішньогосподарського контролю в збереженні комерційної таємниці та позитивні моменти впливу здійснення контролю на захист підприємницької конфіденційної інформації. Розглянуто методи проведення внутрішньогосподарського контролю щодо збереження комерційної таємниці та її нерозголошення.

Summary

The article is devoted to the study of the features of securing the regime of commercial secrets and the essence of commercial secrets. The types of classified information and types of responsibility for unlawful use of commercial secrets are considered. Features of referring information to commercial secrets. The role of internal economic control in preserving commercial secrets and positive moments of the influence of control on the protection of business confidential information are highlighted. The methods of conducting of internal control, concerning the preservation of commercial secrets and their non-disclosure are considered.
