ОЦІНЮВАННЯ РІВНЯ РИЗИКОВАНОСТІ ГОСПОДАРСЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ АГРОПРОМИСЛОВОГО КОМПЛЕКСУ
Анотація
Мета цього дослідження полягала у розробленні та застосуванні методологічних засад оцінювання рівня ризикованості господарської діяльності підприємств агропромислового комплексу. Показано, що ризикованість діяльності підприємств відображається у невідповідності між очікуваними (запланованими) значеннями окремих показників господарської діяльності та фактичними значеннями цих показників. Було побудовано узагальнюючий показник рівня настання ризикових подій на підприємстві, який визначається як співвідношення очікуваної та фактичної величини його надприбутку. Представлено модель декомпозиції цього показника. Запропоновано метод оцінювання рівня ризикованості господарської діяльності підприємств. Цей метод базується на визначенні ринкової вартості підприємства на засадах попереднього встановлення імовірнісних характеристик фінансово-економічних результатів господарської діяльності. Тоді співвідношення між оціночною вартістю підприємства та ринковою вартістю безризикового активу з таким самим, як і для підприємства, значенням математичного сподівання фінансово-економічних результатів характеризуватиме ризикованість цього підприємства. Запропонований підхід до оцінювання ризикованості суб'єктів господарювання було застосовано до вибірки підприємств вітчизняного агропромислового комплексу.

ASSESSMENT OF THE LEVEL OF RISKINESS OF THE ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF AGRO-INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES
Summary
One of the most important properties inherent in the economic activity of enterprises is their risk. This property is manifested when there is a threat not to get any or get lower than expected financial and economic results of the operation of enterprises. Risk characterizes the activities of any enterprise, however, there are areas of the economy and types of economic activity with a particularly significant level of risk. It is characterized by significant fluctuations in prices for certain types of resources used and final products, the dependence of financial results on weather conditions, as well as a high level of competition between producers. Therefore, the assessment of the level of riskiness of the economic activity of agro-industrial enterprises which would take into account these factors is a necessary prerequisite for developing strategies for further activities of these enterprises. The purpose of this study was to develop and apply methodological principles for the assessment of the level of riskiness of the economic activity of agro-industrial enterprises. It is shown that the riskiness of enterprises is reflected in the discrepancy between the expected (planned) values of individual indicators of economic activity and the actual values of these indicators. A generalized indicator of the level of occurrence of risky events at the enterprise was constructed, which is determined as the ratio of the expected and actual value of its excess profit. The model of decomposition of this indicator is presented. A method for assessing the level of riskiness of the economic activity of enterprises is proposed. This method provides determining the market value of the enterprise based on the preliminary establishment of probabilistic characteristics of the financial and economic results of the economic activity. Then the ratio between the appraised value of the enterprise and the market value of the risk-free asset with the same as for the enterprise, the value of the mathematical expectation of the financial and economic results will characterize the riskiness of the enterprise. The proposed approach to risk assessment of business entities was applied to a sample of enterprises of the domestic agro-industrial complex.
