ОСОБЛИВОСТІ РОЗВИТКУ ЗЕМЕЛЬНИХ ВІДНОСИН АГЛОМЕРАЦІЙНИХ СИСТЕМ У ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЙНИЙ ПЕРІОД
Анотація
У статті проведений аналіз сучасного стану та особливостей розвитку земельних відносин у пореформений період. Визначені актуальні проблеми розвитку земельних відносин в агломераційних системах. Доведено, що центральне місце в реформуванні системи землекористування в агломерації належить інституту земельної власності, що дає цілісне уявлення про земельні відносини і виразно демонструє відмінність між плановою та ринковою економіками.
In the article the conducted analysis of the modern state and features of development of the landed relations is in a period. Certain issues of the day of development of the landed relations are in the sintering systems. It is well-proven that a central place in reformation of the system of land-tenure in an agglomeration belongs to the institute of agrarian property that gives an integral idea about the landed relations and distinctly demonstrates a difference between market economies.
