СТАН ТА ШЛЯХИ ПОКРАЩЕННЯ ЗАЙНЯТОСТІ НАСЕЛЕННЯ В АГРАРНІЙ СФЕРІ РЕГІОНУ

Анотація

У статті окреслено стан зайнятості населення в аграрній сфері Тернопільської області. Розкрито особливості формування зайнятості сільського населення в сучасних умовах, чинники формування попиту на робочу силу у сільськогосподарських підприємствах. Вказано на основні фактори, що впливають на підвищення рівня зайнятості в аграрному секторі регіону.

In this article the occupation of citizens in the agricultural sphere of Ternopil region is described. The peculiarities of rural people occupation formation in nowadays conditions are determined and the main factors that influence need formation on the agricultural enterprises are mentioned. Besides, given article dwells upon key factors that have an impact on the occupation level increase in the agricultural sphere of the region.
