ПЕРСПЕКТИВНА МОДЕЛЬ ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ В ЗЕРНОПРОДУКТОВОМУ ПІДКОМПЛЕКСІ МИКОЛАЇВСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ

Анотація

У статті обгрунтовується необхідність агропромислової інтеграції зернопродуктового підкомплексу Миколаївської області. Наводиться перспективна модель холдингу як виду інтеграції різних управлінських і наукових структур, структур виробництва, переробки, зберігання і реалізації продукції. Приведені функції і завдання кожного з учасників холдингу, а також обгрунтовані переваги створення об"єднання.

The necessity of the agroindustrial integration of the grainproduct subcomplex of Mykolaiv region is stated out in the article. The perspective model of different manage mental and scientific structures, production structures of processing, storage and production realization is presented. The functions and foists of each holding partners are described and advantages of the cooperation creation are proved.
