ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ ВІТЧИЗНЯНОГО АГРОБІЗНЕСУ У ПРИЗМІ ПРІОРИТЕТІВ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ
Анотація
Мета. Метою статті є визначення поточного стану ефективності аграрного бізнесу в Україні та його оцінка з позицій змісту та імперативів концепції сталого розвитку, яка набуває виключної пріоритетності у світовій практиці розвитку сільського господарства та сільських територій.
Методика дослідження: При написанні статті було використано сукупність загальнонаукових та специфічних методів економічних досліджень, зокрема, методи теоретичних узагальнень: аналіз, абстрактно-логічний метод (при обгрунтуванні архітектури сталого розвитку вітчизняного агробізнесу), економіко-статистичні методи (при оцінці сучасного стану ефективності агробізнесу); методи порівняння та наукового синтезу (при обгрунтуванні систематизації стратегічних напрямів розвитку сільського господарства і сільських територій); методи графічного відображення одержаних результатів досліджень.
Результати дослідження. У результаті проведених досліджень визначено, що імперативи сталого розвитку сьогодні постають виключним пріоритетом спільної аграрної політики країн ЄС та інших провідних країн світу. Відповідальна соціальна, екологічна та економічна поведінка бізнес суб'єктів необхідна не тільки з позицій розв'язання глобальних і національних завдань розвитку, алей й має значний вплив на результативність господарської діяльності. Проведений аналіз рівня ефективності аграрного сектору показав, що агробізнес сьогодні постає одним з найбільш рентабельних видів діяльності вітчизняної економки. Разом з тим, з позицій ключових індикаторів сталого розвитку сільське господарство України має значні проблеми, зокрема, у сфері екологічної та соціальної складових. На основі систематизації науково-практичної літератури було визначено ключові стратегічні орієнтири розвитку аграрного сектора і сільськи територій України, які корелюють із імперативами концепції сталого розвитку. Проаналізовано окремі аспекти САП країн ЄС, зокрема, у частині реалізації курсу "Green Deal", які постають корисними для визначення стратегічних напрямів сталого розвитку вітчизняного аграрного бізнесу.
Наукова новизна результатів дослідження полягає у окресленні основних елементів архітектури сталого розвитку вітчизняного агробізнесу з урахування світових та національних пріоритетів і стратегічних завдань розвитку аграрного сектору та сільських територій.
Практична значущість результатів дослідження. Виявлені в результаті проведених досліджень тенденції, пріоритети і ціннісні орієнтири є визначальними для подальшого вирішення завдання підвищення ефективності вітчизняного аграрного бізнесу та досягнення цілей сталого розвитку сільського господарства і сільських територій у контексті провідної світової практики.

EFFICIENCY OF DOMESTIC AGROBUSINESS IN PRISMS OF PRIORITIES OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Summary
Goal. The aim of the article is to determine the current state of efficiency of agrarian business in Ukraine and its assessment from the standpoint of the content and imperatives of the concept of sustainable development, which acquires exclusive priority in world practice of agricultural development and rural areas.
Research methodology: A set of general and specific methods of economic research have been used when writing the article, in particular, methods of theoretical generalizations: analysis, abstract-logical method (in substantiating the architecture of sustainable development of domestic agribusiness), economic and statistical methods (assessing the current state of agribusiness efficiency); methods of comparison and scientific synthesis (in substantiation of systematization of strategic directions of development of agriculture and rural territories); methods of graphical display of research results.
Results of the research. As a result of the conducted research, it is determined that the imperatives of sustainable development today become an exclusive priority of the common agricultural policy of the EU and other leading countries of the world. Responsible social, environmental and economic behavior of business entities is necessary not only from the standpoint of solving global and national development challenges, but also has a significant impact on economic performance. The analysis of the level of efficiency of the agricultural sector showed that agribusiness today is one of the most profitable activities of the domestic economy. At the same time, from the standpoint of key indicators of sustainable development, Ukraine's agriculture has significant problems in the field of environmental and social components. Based on the systematization of scientific and practical literature, key strategic guidelines for the development of the agricultural sector and rural areas of Ukraine were identified, which correlate with the imperatives of the concept of sustainable development. Some aspects of the SAP of the EU countries are analyzed in the implementation of the course "Green Deal", which are useful for determining the strategic directions of sustainable development of domestic agricultural business.
The scientific novelty of the research results is to outline the main elements of the architecture of sustainable development of domestic agribusiness, taking into account global and national priorities and strategic objectives of the agricultural sector and rural areas.
