ОРІЄНТИРИ РОЗВИТКУ АГРОБІЗНЕСУ В СИСТЕМІ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЗЕМЕЛЬНИМИ РЕСУРСАМИ В ЄВРОПІ ТА УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті обгрунтовано, що в сучасних умовах особливе значення повинно надаватись вивченню перспектив розвитку агробізнесу, які б забезпечували еколого-економічне ефективне землекористування.
Відповідно метою статті є з'ясування орієнтирів розвитку агробізнесу в європейських країнах та обгрунтування його перспектив в Україні.
З'ясовано, що в Україні основними орієнтирами розвитку агробізнесу є такі: співпраця з науковими установами та бізнесовими структурами, впровадження сучасних європейських технологій, реалізація спільних проєктів на грантовій основі, підготовка перспективно мислячого кадрового потенціалу, проведення спеціалізованих виставок досягнень у сфері агробізнесу, налагодження діалогу між владними та бізнесовими структурами, впровадження нових технологій у виробництво продукції, застосування обмежень у використанні засобів агрохімії, органічне виробництво, впровадження методів контролю за харчовою продукцією, використання конкурентних переваг у сфері агробізнесу, диверсифікація виробництва, екологобезпечне виробництво, організація агробізнес-поїздок, розвиток міжнародних зв'язків, залучення зовнішніх та внутрішніх інвестицій у агробізнес, забезпечення логістики агровиробництва.

GUIDELINES OF AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT IN THE SYSTEM OF LAND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN EUROPE AND UKRAINE
Summary
The article substantiates that in modern conditions special importance should be given to the study of prospects for agribusiness development, which would ensure environmentally and economically efficient land use.
Accordingly, the aim of the article is to clarify the guidelines for the development of agribusiness in European countries and substantiate its prospects in Ukraine.
The experience of such European countries as Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Sweden, Belgium and Denmark has been studied.
The experience of European countries has shown that these countries are dominated by such areas of agribusiness development as service cooperatives, associations of agricultural producers to conduct joint business, use of renewable energy sources, development of bio-energy, sustainable development, improvement of animal housing conditions, investment in capacity development, smart specialization, production of new knowledge on the basis of universities and research institutions, greening of production, diversification of activities.
It is established that the implementation of Ukraine's European integration course is impossible without identifying guidelines for agribusiness development in the land management system.
In Ukraine, the main guidelines for the development of agribusiness are such as cooperation with scientific institutions and business structures, the introduction of modern European technologies, the implementation of joint projects on a grant basis, training of forward-thinking human resources, holding specialized exhibitions of achievements in the field of agribusiness, establishing dialogue between government and business structures, introduction of new technologies in production, application of restrictions on the use of agrochemicals, organic production, introduction of food control methods, use of competitive advantages in agribusiness, diversification of production, environmentally friendly production, organization of agribusiness trips, development of international relations, attraction of foreign and domestic investments in agribusiness, logistics of agricultural production.
It was found that the observance of these guidelines will promote rational and efficient management in the conditions of dynamic development of agribusiness, providing expanded reproduction of production.
