РЕГІОНАЛЬНІ АСПЕКТИ РОЗВИТКУ ВИНОГРАДАРСТВА І ВИНОРОБСТВА В УКРАЇНІ

Анотація

У статті обгрунтовані теоретичні та практичні аспекти розвитку виноградарства і виноробства на рівні основних регіонів. Проаналізовано вплив основних факторів на валове виробництво винограду, визначені причини скорочення площ насаджень та низького рівня урожайності виноградників. Проведено економічну оцінку регіональних особливостей розвитку галузі, досліджено динаміку урожайності, площ насаджень винограду та валових зборів винограду у різних господарських формуваннях. Структуровано регіональні особливості розвитку галузі, досліджено динаміку виробництва і реалізації продукції за номенклатурними групами та суб'єктами господарської діяльності. Надана характеристика провідних підприємств виноградарсько-виноробного підкомплексу Причорноморського регіону. Запропоновано до впровадження заходи регіональної програми розвитку галузі щодо збільшення обсягів виробництва на інноваційній основі та розвитку ринкової інфраструктури, що забезпечить відродження сировинної бази виноробства, сприятиме формуванню високого рівня конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних підприємств на внутрішньому ринку та реалізації потенціалу галузі в кожному регіоні.

THE REGIONAL DIMENSIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF WINE AND VINE GROWING IN UKRAINE

Summary

The article shows the theoretical and practical dimensions of the development of vine growing and winemaking at the level of the main regions. Emphasis has been placed on the social aspects of the development of vine growing and winemaking, in particular with regard to meeting the needs of the market, increasing employment and income of the population, and formation of revenues to budgets of different levels. The level of production and consumption of grapes and wine per person was researched. The influence of the main factors on the production of grapes was analyzed, and the reasons for the decrease in the area of plantations and the low-level of winemaking yields were determined. An economic assessment of the regional features of the develop of the industry was carried out, and the dynamics of yield, area of grape planting and gross grape collection in economic formations were investigated. A study of the level of prices of grapes shows a constant increase and significant differences between regions and varieties of grapes. The regional peculiarities of the industry development are structured, the dynamics of production and sales of products by the nomenclature groups and subjects of economic activity are investigated. It has been established that each winemaking district is differs by natural and socio-economic conditions of formation and development of vine growing and winemaking subcomplex. In the main vine growing and winemaking regions of Ukraine (Odessa, Mykolaiv, Kherson and Transcarpathian regions) there are objects that differ by their individuality and produce certain brands of wines have wide sales markets. The characteristic of leading enterprises of vine growing and winemaking subcomplex of Black Sea region is given. It is proposed to implement a measure of the regional program of industry development to increase production on an innovative basis and develop market infrastructure, which as a result will eventually ensure the revival of the raw material base of winemaking, will contribute to the competitive prices for products, will meet the needs of the market, stimulate efficient utilization of production capacities by using raw materials of their own to saturate the domestic market and to develop the export potential of the industry.
