МЕТОДИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ УПРАВЛІННЯ ФІНАНСОВОЮ СТІЙКІСТЮ АГРАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В УМОВАХ ЇХ ДІДЖИТАЛІЗАЦІЇ
Анотація
На сучасному етапі розвитку національного господарства в Україні відбуваються процеси глобалізації і діджиталізації. Діджиталізація — це переведення інформації у цифрову форму. Цифрові технології мають потенціал для революції в сільському господарстві, допомагаючи сільськогосподарським товаровиробникам працювати більш точно, ефективно та стабільно. Управління даними може покращити прийняття рішень і практику, а також підвищити екологічну ефективність сільськогосподарського виробництва, зробити сільські території більш привабливими для молодших поколінь. Цифрові технології також можуть запропонувати керівництву сільськогосподарського підприємства більшу прозорість в управлінні фінансовою стійкістю. Діджиталізація пропонує можливості для оновлення бізнес-моделей у ланцюгах створення вартості шляхом інноваційного з'єднання усіх складових бізнес-процесів. Крім управління фінансовою стійкістю сільськогосподарського підприємства, цифрові технології є ключем до того, щоб зробити сільськогосподарське виробництво більш привабливим та ефективним.
Дослідження та інновації життєво важливі для полегшення та прискорення цифрової трансформації на сільськогосподарських підприємствах на благо громадян і бізнесу. Стратегічні заходи підтримують впровадження цифрових технологій, збільшення інвестицій у дослідження для розробки нових цифрових рішень та вирішальної оцінки фінансово-економічних наслідків діджиталізації.
У цій статті розглядаються можливі наслідки цифрової трансформації для управління фінансовою стійкістю сільськогосподарських підприємств, темі, якій досі приділялася обмежена увага. Піднімаються критичні питання про те, як цифрове сільське господарство буде перетинатися з усталеними способами прийняття рішень. Можна зробити висновок про те, що нові процеси, керовані даними, на сільськогосподарському підприємстві, а також динаміка показників фінансової стійкості, що змінюється в умовах цифрового сільськогосподарського виробництва, вносять нові вимоги, відносини та напруженість до прийняття рішень у сільському господарстві, а також створюють можливості для розвитку нового навчання, використовуючи синергію процесах діджиталізації.

METHODICAL ASPECTS OF FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY MANAGEMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF THEIR DIGITALIZATION
Summary
At the present stage of development of the national economy in Ukraine there are processes of globalization and digitalization. Digitalization is the translation of information into digital form.
The aim of the article was to study and substantiate the methodological aspects of managing the financial stability of agricultural enterprises in terms of their digitalization.
Digital technologies have the potential to revolutionize agriculture, helping farmers to work more accurately, efficiently and stably. Data management can improve decision-making and practice, as well as increase the environmental efficiency of agricultural production, makes rural areas more attractive to younger generations. Digital technologies can also offer agricultural management greater transparency in managing financial stability. Digitalization offers opportunities to update business models in value chains through the innovative connection of all components of business processes. In addition to managing the financial stability of an agricultural enterprise, digital technologies are the key to making agricultural production more attractive and efficient.
Research and innovation are vital to facilitating and accelerating the digital transformation of agricultural enterprises for the benefit of citizens and businesses. Strategic measures support the introduction of digital technologies, increased investment in research to develop new digital solutions and a decisive assessment of the financial and economic consequences of digitalization.
This article examines the possible implications of the digital transformation for managing the financial sustainability of agricultural enterprises, a topic that has so far received limited attention. Critical questions are raised about how digital agriculture will intersect with established decision-making practices. It can be concluded that new data-driven processes in agriculture, as well as the dynamics of financial stability, which is changing in the context of digital agricultural production, introduce new requirements, attitudes and tensions to decision-making in agriculture, as well as create opportunities for the development of new learning, using the synergy of digitalization processes.
