МОНІТОРИНГ ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО СТАНУ АГРАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ У КОНТЕКСТІ ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ РЕІНЖИНІРИНГУ ВИРОБНИЧИХ ТА ЛОГІСТИЧНИХ БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСІВ
Анотація
У статті здійснено моніторинг економічного стану аграрних підприємств. Досліджено сутність та важливість застосування реінжинірингу виробничих та логістичних бізнес-процесів аграрних підприємств. Визначено, що постійний розвиток аграрного сектора економіки має на меті реалізацію системного підходу, котрий базується на взаємодії виробничих потужностей, перерозподілу та зберігання різних видів аграрної продукції. Доведено, що Одним із ключових інноваційних інструментів перебудови управлінських рішень є реінжиніринг. Під реінжинірингом розуміють широкий підхід, який передбачає здійснення змін на підприємстві з метою підвищення ефективності виробництва і швидкості реакції підприємства на зміни ринку. Встановлено, що концепція реінжинірингу логістичних бізнес-процесів розглядається як модифікація загальної концепції реінжинірингу може бути застосовано до товарних або інших потоків. Доведено, що упродовж досліджуваного періоду 2015—2019 років спостерігається тенденція до зменшення рентабельності всієї діяльності аграрних підприємств.

MONITORING OF THE ECONOMIC CONDITION OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF REENGINEERING OF PRODUCTION AND LOGISTICS BUSINESS PROCESSES
Summary
The article monitors the economic condition of agricultural enterprises. The essence and importance of reengineering the production and logistics business processes of agricultural enterprises are studied. It is determined that the constant development of the agricultural sector of the economy aims to implement a systematic approach, which is based on the interaction of production capacity, redistribution and storage of different types of agricultural products. It is proved that One of the key innovative tools for restructuring management decisions is reengineering. Reengineering is understood as a broad approach that involves the implementation of changes in the enterprise in order to increase production efficiency and the speed of the company's response to market changes. It is established that the concept of reengineering of logistics business processes is considered as a modification of the general concept of reengineering can be applied to product or other flows. It is proved that during the studied period of 2015—2019 there is a tendency to reduce the profitability of all activities of agricultural enterprises. Logistics plays a strategically important role in modern agricultural business. Summing up the results of the study, we emphasize that in the financial and economic crisis in the agricultural sector of Ukraine, the negative trends were particularly pronounced, which led to a decrease in profitability of agricultural production in both livestock and crop production. Under such conditions, it is important on the basis of knowledge of the peculiarities of business processes in agriculture to develop approaches to the formation of accounting and analytical support for the management of agricultural enterprises, which includes both external and internal information. High-quality accounting and analytical support for the management of production and logistics business processes of agricultural enterprises should promote the adoption of rational tactical and strategic decisions. It is important in crisis conditions to make innovative management decisions aimed at reengineering production and logistics business processes. Monitoring the economic condition of agricultural enterprises helps to identify problematic aspects in the activities of agricultural enterprises.
