МЕТОДИ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ЛІКУВАЛЬНО-ОЗДОРОВЧОГО ТУРИЗМУ НА ПРАКТИЦІ
Анотація
Статтю присвячено методам використання лікувально-оздоровчого туризму на практиці. Здійснено теоретичний аналіз наявних трактувань дефініції "лікувально-оздоровчий туризм". Наведено структуру лікувально-оздоровчого туризму. Обгрунтовано концептуальні основи лікувально-оздоровчого туризму через взаємозв'язок мети, цілей, функцій та методів. З'ясовано, що надання послуг лікувально-оздоровчого туризму реалізується на основі використання бази методів: кліматотерапія, бальнеотерапія, пелоїдотерапія, фізіотерапія, дієтотерапія, термотерапія, лікувальний масаж, нетрадиційні методи лікування. Проаналізовано лікувальні процедури, що входять у вартість путівки таких санаторіїв Закарпаття: "Верховина", "Карпати", "Поляна", "Синяк", "Сонячне Закарпаття", "Шаян". Обгрунтовано важливість розвитку видових напрямів лікувально-оздорочого туризму. Зазначено, що Міністерством соціальної політики постійно здійснюється моніторинг надання послуг із санаторно-курортного лікування оздоровчими закладами, які було обрано пільговими категоріями громадян.

METHODS OF USING MEDICAL AND HEALTH TOURISM IN PRACTICE
Summary
The article is devoted to the methods of using medical and health tourism in practice. Theoretical analysis of existing interpretations of the definition of "health tourism" is carried out. The structure of medical and health tourism is given. The conceptual bases of medical and health tourism through the interrelation of the purposes, functions and methods are substantiated. It was found that the provision of health tourism is realized on the basis of using a base of methods: climatotherapy, balneotherapy, peloidotherapy, physiotherapy, diet therapy, thermotherapy, therapeutic massage, non-traditional methods of treatment. The medical procedures included in the tour price of the following sanatoriums of Transcarpathia are analyzed: "Verkhovyna", "Karpaty", "Polyana", "Sinyak", "Sunny Transcarpathia", "Shayan". The importance of the development of specific areas of medical and health tourism is substantiated. It is noted that the Ministry of Social Policy constantly monitors the provision of sanatorium treatment services by health facilities that have been selected by privileged categories of citizens.
As a result of the study it is necessary to conclude that health tourism is a type of tourism, where on the basis of own, state or corporate funds are provided medical-diagnostic, rehabilitation, prevention services in areas other than permanent residence and which have the necessary natural, material and human resources for the purpose of preventive measures, rehabilitation, treatment of various pathologies.
In accordance with the budget programs, sanatorium treatment of certain categories of the population is financed. Medical tourism involves the implementation of at least one of three main groups of programs: preventive, medical-diagnostic and rehabilitation. In 2021, the budget program "Social Protection of Citizens Affected by the Chornobyl Accident" for sanatorium treatment provides UAH 2,570.2 million. Models of SPA-services have features and are classified on a cultural-geographical basis. There are Austrian, American, German, French-Italian, Eastern and Slavic SPA models.
