ФОРМУВАННЯ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ПОНЯТТЯ "СІЛЬСЬКІ ТЕРИТОРІЇ" ЯК ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ КАТЕГОРІЇ
Анотація
Мета статті полягає в аналізі підходів до тлумачення економічної категорії "сільські території", їх класифікації, виявленні закономірностей та соціально-економічну природу походження підходів до їх тлумачення. У процесі дослідження використано діалектичні методи пізнання процесів і явищ, монографічний метод (аналіз еволюції наукових здобутків українських й іноземних учених щодо трактування поняття "сільські території"), емпіричний метод (щодо комплексної оцінки визначень понять "сільські території" (на основі експертної оцінки основних компонентів: сутність явища, зміст явища та результат) як економічної категорії в трактуваннях вітчизняних, іноземних науковців та міжнародних організацій, порівняльного аналізу (визначено основні підходи щодо тлумачення економічної категорії "сільські території": адміністративний, ресурсний, системний, територіальний), абстрактно-логічний (теоретичні узагальнення та формулювання висновків). Результатом застосування вищепредставлених методів було відібрано ТОП-5 визначень категорії "сільські території" у вітчизняній та іноземній літературі. На основі цих визначень нами було сформульовано авторське визначення із дотриманням такої структури: суть явища, зміст явища та результат. Сільські території — це багатофункціональне соціально-просторове утворення, яке функціонує як синергетична єдність людського, природного та економічного потенціалів з притаманними для них характеристиками: відкритий природний простір переважає над забудовами, традиційний сільський уклад людського життя та первинна переробки ресурсів у товар або послугу задля задоволення власних потреб та розвитку. В результаті опрацювання економічної літератури, в якій об'єктом дослідження виступають сільські території, всі визначення було класифіковано на 5 групи, які грунтуються на конкретному підході: адміністративному, ресурсному, системному, людиноцентричному та територіальному. Було з'ясовано, що в українській науковій літературі в більшості спираються на системний та територіальний підхід тоді як в іноземній — людиноцентричний та територіальний. Запропоноване авторське визначення дозволить у подальшому конкретизувати функції, які виконують сільські території та сформувати напрями їх трансформації.

FORMATION OF THE DEFINITION OF THE CONCEPT OF "RURAL AREAS" AS AN ECONOMIC CATEGORY
Summary
The purpose of the article is to analyze the approaches to the interpretation of the economic category "rural areas", their classification, identification of patterns and socio-economic nature of the origin of approaches to their interpretation. The research uses dialectical methods of cognition of processes and phenomena, monographic method (analysis of the evolution of scientific achievements of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on the interpretation of the concept of "rural areas"), empirical method (on a comprehensive assessment of definitions of "rural areas" (essence of the phenomenon, content of the phenomenon and result) as an economic category in the interpretations of Ukrainian, foreign scientific literature and international organizations, comparative analysis (identified basic approaches to interpreting the economic category "rural areas": administrative, resource, systemic, territorial), abstract-logical ( theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions). As a result of the application of the above methods, the TOP-5 definitions of the category "rural areas" in the domestic and foreign literature were selected. Based on these definitions, we formulated the author's definition with the following structure: the essence of the phenomenon, the content of the phenomenon and the result. Rural areas are a multifunctional socio-spatial entity that functions as a synergistic unity of human, natural and economic potentials with their inherent characteristics: open natural space prevails over buildings, traditional rural way of life and primary processing of resources into goods or services to meet their own needs and development. As a result of the study of economic literature, in which the object of study are rural areas, all definitions were classified into 5 groups, which are based on a specific approach: administrative, resource, systemic, human-centered and territorial. It was found that in the Ukrainian scientific literature most are based on a systemic and territorial approach, while in foreign — human-centered and territorial. The proposed author's definition will further specify the functions performed by rural areas and form the directions of their transformation.
