ПЛАНУВАННЯ АЛЬТЕРНАТИВ КАПІТАЛОВКЛАДЕНЬ В СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА ЖИТОМИРСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ НА УМОВАХ ЇХ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ
Анотація
Аргументовано необхідність докорінної перебудови виробничої системи сільськогосподарських підприємств. Проаналізовано альтернативи сталого розвитку аграрного виробництва. Доведено доцільність залучення інвестицій у діючі сільськогосподарські підприємства в залежності від їх розміру. Проаналізовано господарську діяльність ПАФ "Рідний дім" Житомирського району Житомирської області. Вказано на доцільність інвестування сільськогосподарських підприємств регіону в контексті умов їх сталого розвитку. Досліджено ділову активність сільськогосподарського підприємства та її вплив на загальні показники рентабельності основних видів його діяльності. Обгрунтовано механізм сталого розвитку сільськогосподарського підприємства та вказано на доцільність його застосування в довгостроковій перспективі. Запропоновано основні напрями реалізації перспектив сталого розвитку сільськогосподарських підприємств на умовах модернізації їх виробничої системи та її екологізації. Вказано на важливість соціального забезпечення аграрного виробництва та перспектив його розвитку. Обгрунтовано перспективи змін світових тенденцій сільськогосподарського виробництва на умов глобалізаційних змін та кризових тенденцій світової економіки.

PLANNING ALTERNATIVES FOR INVESTMENT IN AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES OF ZHYTOMYR REGION IN TERMS OF THEIR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Summary
The necessity of radical restructuring of the production system of agricultural enterprises is argued. Alternatives for sustainable development of agricultural production are analyzed. The expediency of attracting investments in existing agricultural enterprises depending on their size has been proved. The economic activity of PAF "Ridny Dim" of Zhytomyr district of Zhytomyr region is analyzed. The expediency of investing in agricultural enterprises of the region in the context of the conditions of their sustainable development is indicated. The business activity of an agricultural enterprise and its influence on the general indicators of profitability of its main types of activity are investigated. The mechanism of sustainable development of an agricultural enterprise is substantiated and the expediency of its application in the long run is indicated. The main directions of realization of prospects of sustainable development of agricultural enterprises on the conditions of modernization of their production system and its greening are offered. The importance of social security of agricultural production and prospects for its development are indicated. Prospects for changes in world trends in agricultural production in the context of globalization changes and crisis trends in the world economy are substantiated. The financial condition of the agricultural enterprise is analyzed and its stability in the conditions of crisis state of the economic system of the country is pointed out. The tendency of growth of cost of agricultural production in the long run is specified. The necessity of radical changes in approaches to understanding the efficiency of agrarian business is proved. The imperfection of the current legislation on large agricultural structures is pointed out. The perspective of efficiency of development of territorial communities from the position of their necessary development on the conditions of the sustainable agrarian environment is proved. The efficiency of agrarian business of the region in the absence of external financial infusions with a minimum indicator of the level of its profitability is proved. The assets of agricultural enterprises from the standpoint of the value of their land have been updated. Emphasis is placed on the production of environmentally friendly agricultural products.
