РОЗВИТОК МАЛОГО І СЕРЕДНЬОГО ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВА В РЕГІОНІ: ВИРОБНИЧИЙ АСПЕКТ

Анотація

У статті досліджено проблеми розвитку малого і середнього підприємництва у сфері виробництва на прикладі Донецької області. Встановлено, що у структурі малих підприємств, за видами економічної діяльності, переважають промислові підприємства. Задля розвитку малого і середнього підприємництва проведено SWOT-аналіз сфери виробництва та визначено, що для розвитку малого і середнього підприємництва у сфері виробництва Донецької області необхідно створювати сприятливі умови задля забезпечення зайнятості населення, підвищення конкурентоспроможності продукції. Виокремлено основні напрямами розвитку малого і середнього підприємництва у сфері виробництва: створення сприятливого середовища для розвитку малого і середнього підприємництва; популяризація підприємницької культури, розвиток підприємницьких навичок; підсилення конкурентоспроможності та інноваційного потенціалу малого і середнього підприємництва. Надано очікувані результати від реалізації заходів.

DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISE IN THE REGION: PRODUCTION ASPECT

Summary

The article examines the problems of small and medium business development in the field of production on the example of Donetsk region. It is established that the structure of small enterprises in the Donetsk region, by type of economic activity, is dominated by industrial enterprises. Donetsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry remains a modern and authoritative business institution that provides active support for industrial entrepreneurship in the region. A SWOT-analysis of the production sphere for the development of small and medium enterprises was conducted, and it was determined that for the development of small and medium enterprises in the production sphere of Donetsk region it is necessary to create favorable conditions to ensure employment and increase product competitiveness. The main directions of small and medium business development in the field of production are singled out: creation of a favorable environment for the development of small and medium business; popularization of entrepreneurial culture, development of entrepreneurial skills; strengthening the competitiveness and innovation potential of small and medium enterprises. Within each direction, a set of measures aimed at increasing the level of employment and competitiveness of products by small and medium enterprises of Donetsk region has been identified. Thus, within the first direction, it is envisaged to provide the partial compensation of interest rates on loans provided for the implementation of small businesses projects. Given that one of the main problems hindering the development of entrepreneurship today is the lack of knowledge and practical skills in planning and doing business, the second area will be training seminars, trainings on business planning, business process development. The implementation of the third direction measures will promote the development of innovative types of entrepreneurship, integration of environmental safety ideas and sustainable development into local development, introduction of sustainable management models and environmentally friendly technologies, improvement of existing and creation of new business support infrastructure. It is emphasized that the support of small and medium enterprises in the field of production should be carried out by consolidating the efforts of executive authorities, local governments, businesses, public associations of entrepreneurs to create conditions for intensifying its investment and innovation activities. The implementation of the proposed measures will allow to obtain the desired results — the indicators of small and medium enterprises of Donetsk region.
