ІНФОРМАЦІЙНЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЕКОЛОГООРІЄНТОВАНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ АГРАРНОГО ВИРОБНИЦТВА
Анотація
У дослідженні розглянуто основні засади та принципи системи інформаційного забезпечення екологоорієнтованого менеджменту аграрного виробництва. Наголошено, що інформаційне забезпечення передбачає створення єдиної інформаційної бази з використанням сучасних інформаційних технологій та інформаційна підтримка засад екологізації.
Обгрунтовано поняття сутності та визначено структуру інформаційного забезпечення з погляду здійснення інформаційної діяльності.
У роботі системно досліджено умови реалізації інформаційного забезпечення екологічного менеджменту з метою формування, поширення та застосування інформаційних ресурсів, що забезпечують створення екологоорієнтованого управління.
Визначено актуальні проблеми та основні задачі інформаційного забезпечення екологічного управління в аграрному секторі. Важливим завданням інформаційного забезпечення екологоорієнтованого управління є інформування населення про екологізацію аграрного виробництва.
Актуальне та достовірне інформаційне забезпечення дасть змогу створити базу для моделювання і розробити сценарій антропогенного впливу на навколишнє середовище; оцінити еколого-економічну ситуацію, мінімізувати екологічні збитки, передбачити ефект від природоохоронних заходів і визначити можливі наслідки.

INFORMATION SUPPORT OF ECOLOGICALLY ORIENTED MANAGEMENT AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION
Summary
Agricultural production uses the available natural resource potential in order to obtain competitive agricultural products. Therefore, there is a need to form a systematic approach to the multifunctional economic activity of agricultural enterprises using the ecologically balanced economic development. Such activities based on information support of environmental management because it requires the study, processing and analysis of a wide range of information of various kinds and reduce the likelihood of industrial risk.
In the research performed in this scientific article, the basic principles and principles of the information support system of ecologically oriented management of agricultural production are considered. Emphasis is placed, that information support provides for the creation of a single information base using modern information technologies and information support for the principles of greening.
The concept of essence is substantiated and the structure of information support from the point of view of realization of information activity is defined.
In the work are systematically investigated the conditions of realization of information maintenance of ecological management for the purpose of formation, distribution and application of the information resources providing creation of ecologically oriented management.
The actual problems and main tasks of information support of ecological management in the agricultural sector are determined.
An important task of information support of ecologically oriented management is to inform the population about the greening of agricultural production.
Up-to-date and reliable information support will allow to create a base for modeling and to develop a scenario of anthropogenic impact on the environment; assess the environmental and economic situation, minimize environmental damage, predict the effect of environmental measures and identify possible consequences.
In the course of the research it was established that the information support of environmental management will promote the adoption of correct and effective management decisions.
