РОЗВИТОК МІЖНАРОДНОГО СПІВРОБІТНИЦТВА У СТРАТЕГІЧНИХ ПЕРСПЕКТИВАХ СТАЛОГО ПРОСТОРОВОГО РОЗВИТКУ КАРПАТСЬКОГО ЄВРОРЕГІОНУ
Анотація
Метою статті є дослідження розвитку міжнародного співробітництва у стратегічних перспективах сталого просторового розвитку Карпатського Єврорегіону.
У процесі дослідження використовувались: загальнонаукові методи, зокрема: методи узагальнення — для дослідження особливостей розвитку Карпатського Єврорегіону; метод систематизації — для визначення закономірностей сталого просторового розвитку транскордонних територій в умовах глобалізації; системний підхід — для обгрунтування основних пріоритетів та напрямів стратегічних перспектив розвитку Карпатського Єврорегіону.
Проаналізовано основні тенденції розвитку Карпатського Єврорегіону та визначено проблеми, що стримують його інтеграцію у світовий господарський простір. Доведено, що пріоритетним напрямом розвитку Карпатського Єврорегіону є перетворення його на новий європейський мегарегіон, який буде активно просувати себе в Європейському Союзі з новими цілями. Запроопонована реалізація конкретних дій і ініціатив співпраці, що передбачає позиціонування Карпатського Єврорегіону в розрізі різних правил ЄС, які спрямовують його структурні елементи, як пріоритетний мегарегіон.
Запропоновано напрями реалізації міжнародного економічного та науково-технічного співробітництва в контексті стратегічних перспектив сталого розвитку транскордонних територій Карпатського (Центрально-Східного) регіону, що засновані на таких пріоритетах: підтримка євроатлантичної інтеграції України; гармонійний розвиток людських ресурсів; підвищення доступності, розвиток системи громадського транспорту на території Карпатського Єврорегіону і зменшення ізольованості транспортно-географічної ситуації; створення конкурентної економічної структури в рамках єврорегіону; покращення в галузі охорони навколишнього середовища та охорони природи; комплексний розвиток туризму на території Карпатського Єврорегіону; розвиток охорони здоров'я, соціального та культурного середовища; подальше зміцнення зовнішніх зв'язків та підготовка до прийняття підтримки Європейського Союзу.
Наукова новизна полягає у визначенні основних проблем сучасного стану траскордонного співробітництва та обгрунтуванні стратегічних перспектив сталого просторового розвитку Карпатського Єврорегіону в умовах міжнародних економічних зв'язків.
Отримані результати дослідження направлені на забезпечення удосконалення сталого просторового розвитку Карпатського Єврорегіону з урахуванням тенденцій і закономірностей сучасних міжнародних відносин та процесів глобалізації.

DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN STRATEGIC PERSPECTIVES OF SUSTAINABLE SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE CARPATHIAN EUROREGION
Summary
The aim of the article is to study the development of international cooperation in the strategic perspectives of sustainable spatial development of the Carpathian Euroregion.
In the process of research the following were used: general scientific methods, in particular: generalization methods — to study the peculiarities of the development of the Carpathian Euroregion; systematization method — to determine the patterns of sustainable spatial development of cross-border areas in the context of globalization; systematic approach — to substantiate the main priorities and directions of strategic prospects for the development of the Carpathian Euroregion.
The main trends in the development of the Carpathian Euroregion are analyzed and the problems hindering its integration into the world economic space are identified. It is proved that the priority direction of development of the Carpathian Euroregion is its transformation into a new European megaregion, which will actively promote itself in the European Union with new goals. The implementation of specific actions and cooperation initiatives is proposed, which provides for the positioning of the Carpathian Euroregion in terms of various EU rules that direct its structural elements as a priority megaregion.
The directions of realization of the international economic and scientific and technical cooperation in the context of strategic prospects of sustainable development of cross-border territories of the Carpathian (Central-Eastern) region are offered, which are based on the following priorities: support of Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine; harmonious development of human resources; increasing accessibility, development of the public transport system in the Carpathian Euroregion and reducing the isolation of the transport and geographical situation; creation of a competitive economic structure within the Euroregion; improvements in the field of environmental protection and nature protection; complex development of tourism on the territory of the Carpathian Euroregion; development of health, social and cultural environment; further strengthening external relations and preparing for the adoption of European Union support.
The scientific novelty lies in identifying the main problems of the current state of cross-border cooperation and substantiating the strategic prospects for sustainable spatial development of the Carpathian Euroregion in terms of international economic relations.
The obtained results of the research are aimed at ensuring the improvement of sustainable spatial development of the Carpathian Euroregion, taking into account the trends and patterns of modern international relations and globalization processes.
