УПРАВЛІННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЮ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ МАШИННО-ТРАКТОРНОГО ПАРКУ АГРАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Анотація

У статті досліджується питання ефективності використання машино-тракторного парку аграрних підприємств. Розроблено комплексну методику оцінки ефективності використання машино-тракторного парку аграрних підприємств. Однією з особливостей сільськогосподарського виробництва є високий рівень механізації, який відіграє значну роль у виробничій діяльності аграрних підприємств. Встановлено, що одним із головних чинників підвищення ефективності використання сільськогосподарської техніки є науково обгрунтований процес формування машино-тракторного парку в результаті оптимізації його структури. Визначено, що для підвищення рівня управління доцільно регулярно досліджувати ефективність використання машино-тракторного парку. Впровадження нових технологій на основі результатів проведеного дослідження забезпечить ефективне використання машино-тракторного парку аграрних підприємств. Ефективність використання машинно-тракторного парку слід розглядати у поєднанні, залежно від типу сільськогосподарської техніки на балансі аграрних підприємств. Серед видів сільськогосподарської техніки можна окремо виділити показники ефективності використання тракторів, комбайнів та вантажних автомобілів. Тільки при ефективному функціонуванні сільськогосподарського виробництва можлива висока конкурентоспроможність підприємств на основі механізації та автоматизації за рахунок використання високопродуктивного обладнання, а також якісного обслуговування та ремонту.

MANAGEMENT OF THE EFFICIENCY OF USING THE MACHINE AND TRACTOR FLEET OF AGRARIAN ENTERPRISES

Summary

The article examines the management of the efficiency of using the machine and tractor fleet of agrarian enterprises. A comprehensive methodology for assessing the efficiency of using the machine and tractor fleet of agrarian enterprises has been developed. One of the features of agricultural production is a high mechanization level, which plays a significant role in the production activities of agrarian enterprises. It has been established that one of the main factors in increasing the efficiency of the use of agricultural machinery is the scientifically grounded process of forming the machine and tractor fleet as a result of optimizing its structure. It has been determined that it is advisable to regularly study the efficiency of using the machine and tractor fleet to improve the level of management. The introduction of new technologies based on this study's results will ensure the effective use of the machine and tractor fleet of agrarian enterprises. The efficiency of using the machine and tractor fleet should be considered in combination, depending on the type of agricultural machinery on the balance sheet of agrarian enterprises. Among the types of agricultural machinery, we can separately single out the indicators of the efficiency of using tractors, combines, and trucks. Management of the machine and tractor fleet of agrarian enterprises requires the implementation of its main functions: planning, organization, motivation, and control. The management should pay attention to the formation of labor collectives based on an analysis of the results of their activities, including assessing the effectiveness of the use of the machine and tractor fleet and the provision of workers with the necessary agricultural machinery and equipment. The efficiency of using the machine and tractor fleet is characterized by its ability to ensure an increase in labor productivity in agriculture. Only with the efficient functioning of agricultural production is it possible to have high competitiveness of enterprises based on mechanization and automation through the use of high-performance equipment, as well as high-quality maintenance and repair.
