ПРОБЛЕМИ І ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ ЗЕРНОВОГО КОМПЛЕКСУ УКРАЇНИ

Анотація

Досліджено сучасний стан розвитку зернового комплексу України, визначено та проаналізовано основні його проблеми, а також окреслено перспективи його подальшого розвитку.
Розкрито загальні тенденції розвитку виробництва зернових та зернобобових культур, проведено їх аналіз за критерієм продуктивного використання земельних угідь.
Встановлено, що найбільш проблемним питанням зернового комплексу нині залишається істотне зниження родючості грунтів і нездатність більшості сільськогосподарських підприємств її відтворювати, попри поліпшення.
Визначено, що Україна вже зараз є досить потужним експортером зернових культур. В останні роки питома вага експорту зерна сягає понад половину його валового збору.
Окреслено основні проблеми, вирішення яких дасть поштовх для подальшого розвитку зернового комплексу України, підвищення його конкурентоспроможності і розширенню експортних можливостей.

PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE GRAIN COMPLEX OF UKRAINE

Summary

The current state of development of the grain complex of Ukraine is investigated, its main problems are identified and analyzed, and the prospects for its further development are outlined. In recent years, the country's grain complex has shown positive dynamics of gross production. There has been a steady upward trend in cereal production. At the same time, Ukraine is far from fully utilizing the potential of its grain complex.
The general tendencies of development of production of grain and leguminous crops are revealed, their analysis by criterion of productive use of land is carried out. The main indicators show a generally positive upward trend, although they are still far from the average values that are typical for most of the leading countries of the world, as well as the relatively available resource potential of the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy.
It is established that the most problematic issue of the grain complex of Ukraine now remains a significant reduction in soil fertility and the inability of most agricultural enterprises to reproduce it, not to mention improvement. The soil cover is significantly degraded and continues to degrade. The main reason in Ukraine for declining soil fertility in most agricultural enterprises is their financial condition, namely low profitability.
It is determined that Ukraine is already a very powerful exporter of cereals. In recent years, the share of grain exports has reached over half of its gross collection. This gives reason to hope that the volume of grain exports in Ukraine and in the future will depend, first of all, on its gross collection, which is mainly determined by the economic potential of the grain complex, which is not yet in full use.
The main problems are identified, which will give impetus for the further development of the grain complex of Ukraine, increasing its competitiveness and expanding export opportunities, namely: storage infrastructure is quite old and inefficient, exploitation of outdated machinery and technologies, use of inefficient methods of agricultural activity, and extremely undeveloped export infrastructure.
