КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНІСТЬ ЗЕРНОВИРОБНИЦТВА ТА ІННОВАЦІЙНІ ЧИННИКИ ЇЇ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ
Анотація
У статті узагальнено наукові підходи щодо визначення поняття "конкурентоспроможність". Розглянуто методичний підхід до оцінки конкурентоспроможності зернової продукції у сільськогосподарських підприємствах. Проведено оцінку конкурентоспроможності зернової продукції у сільськогосподарських підприємствах Тернопільської області та України. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз конкурентоспроможності виробників зерна, у розрізі основних видів зернової продукції та визначено групи показників. На основі розрахованого інтегрального показника визначено найбільш конкурентоспроможні види зернової продукції. Обгрунтовано напрями забезпечення конкурентоспроможності зернопродукції в динамічному ринковому середовищі. Доведено, що однією з основних умов виробництва конкурентоспроможної продукції і забезпечення ефективного розвитку зерновиробництва є інноваційна діяльність. Розкрито особливості запровадження інноваційних ресурсозберігаючих технологій, які є основою інноваційного розвитку зернового господарства та важливою умовою забезпечення ефективності й конкурентоспроможності цієї галузі.

GRAIN COMPETITIVENESS AND INNOVATIVE FACTORS AND PROVISIONS
Summary
In today's globalization of the economy, competitiveness is a decisive factor in achieving economic leadership, as it provides support for high rates of development and levels of profitability.
Despite the considerable number of domestic and foreign scientific works, the dynamic development of the national economic complex requires systematic studies of the competitiveness of its industries in order to substantiate innovative directions of development.
Competitiveness as a scientific category is multifaceted and complex. There is no single well-defined definition of the term "competitiveness" in the scientific literature. In each case, its content is determined according to the goals for which it was formed.
One of the priority places among the agricultural sectors in Ukraine and the Ternopil region in particular is traditionally occupied by grain. It is the basic agricultural sector, which is its most important and significant segment. That is why the competitiveness of grain largely determines the competitiveness of all agriculture.
Decision-making on the formation of competitive advantages of an enterprise should be based on the results of complex diagnostics of the competitiveness of its products.
Assessment of the level of competitiveness of grain products will include the calculation of production efficiency coefficients (share of cereals in the total acreage; yield; rate of increase of production; rate of increase of yield) and marketing (revenue from sales from 1 hectare; share of revenue from sales of cereals in total value; price of realization; profitability ratio) of activity. Studies have shown that in the agricultural enterprises of the Ternopil region the most competitive types of grain products are barley, buckwheat and legumes, the integral competitiveness index of which is 1,304; 1,299 and 1,247. The integral index of grain competitiveness in agricultural enterprises of Ternopil region was 1,024.
It should be emphasized that one of the most important directions of increasing the competitiveness of grain production in the domestic and foreign markets is the introduction of innovative resource-saving technologies, which are the basis of innovative development of the industry.
