РЕЗУЛЬТАТИ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ У СФЕРІ НАДАННЯ ПОСЛУГ МЕДИЧНОГО ТУРИЗМУ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано динаміку функціонування та проблематику розвитку підприємств, які надають послуги медичного туризму в Україні. Розроблено методику розрахунку стану розвитку медичного туризму в регіонах України, за параметрами та показниками, які характеризують фактичні та потенційні відмінності регіонів у наданні медичних послуг туристам. Ідентифіковано чотири групи регіонів України з високим (місто Київ, Львівська, Дніпропетровська, Одеська та Харківська області), середнім (інші регіони) і низьким (Чернігівська, Чернівецька, Волинська, Кіровоградська та Луганська області) рівнем розвитку медичного туризму, а також позаоблікові території (АР Крим, місто Севастополь та частини Донецької і Луганської областей). Запропоновано напрями оптимізації маркетингово-економічної політики розвитку рекреаційних підприємств України у регіонах з різним рівнем розвитку медичного туризму, з урахуванням мікро-, мезо-, макро- та міжнародних факторів впливу.

RESULTS OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF ENTERPRISES IN THE SPHERE OF PROVIDING MEDICAL TOURISM SERVICES IN UKRAINE
Summary
The article analyzes the dynamics of functioning and the problems of development of enterprises providing medical tourism services in Ukraine. It is determined that in Ukraine there is an annual reduction in the number of recreational enterprises and there are significant regional disparities in their location and attraction of medical tourists. The methodology of calculating the state of development of medical tourism in the regions of Ukraine is developed. The developed methodology uses four main parameters and seven quantitative indicators that characterize the actual and potential differences of regions in the provision of medical services to tourists. Parameters: regional distribution of national centers of attraction for medical tourists; staffing potential of the healthcare sector; material and technical base of medical care; tourist activity of the region. Indicators: number of settlements assigned to resorts; number of doctors of all specialties; number of nursing staff; number of hospital beds; planned capacity of outpatient clinics; number of persons who were in collective accommodation facilities; the number of tourists served by tour operators and travel agents. According to the results of the calculations, four groups of regions of Ukraine were identified with high (the city of Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odessa and Kharkiv regions), medium (Kiev, Zaporizhia, Donetsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava, Kherson, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytsky, Zakarpatska, Mykolaiv, Cherkasy, Ternopil, Rivne, Zhytomyr and Sumy regions) and low (Chernihiv, Chernivtsi, Volyn, Kirovograd and Lugansk regions) levels of development of medical tourism, as well as extra-territorial territories (Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol and part in Donetsk and Luhansk regions). For each of the four groups of regions of Ukraine, the directions of optimization of state, regional and corporate marketing-economic policy of development of recreational enterprises are proposed. Measures of improvement of marketing-economic policy of development of recreational enterprises of Ukraine were developed taking into account micro, meso, macro and international factors of influence.
