УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ФОРМУВАННЯ СТРУКТУРИ СЛУЖБИ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА (НА ПРИКЛАДІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ГІРНИЧОДОБУВНОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ)
Анотація
У статті на прикладі українських підприємств гірничодобувної промисловості обгрунтовано необхідність удосконалення формування структури служб економічної безпеки. Виявлено, що одним із ключових недоліків сучасних організаційних структур цих служб є перемішування безпекозабезпечувальних функцій економічного та кримінального спрямування як у межах одного підрозділу, так і їх дублювання у різних відділах. Із метою усунення наявних протиріч, запропоновано відокремлення дирекції з кримінальної безпеки від структури служб економічної безпеки та надання їй спеціального статусу. Відповідно показано необхідність передання до дирекції з кримінальної безпеки усіх завдань і функцій, які нині виконуються працівниками інших служб і які пов'язані із виявленням, розслідуванням, профілактикою та іншими заходами щодо проступків, злочинів та різного роду правопорушень (не тільки економічного спрямування), а також співпраці із правоохоронними органами. Доведено необхідність виділення служби аналізу економічних інтересів стейкхолдерів і покладення на неї відповідних завдань. Показано, що у цьому підрозділі такий мікс економічних і кримінальних напрямів діяльності буде доречним.

IMPROVEMENT OF THE FORMATION OF THE ECONOMIC SECURITY SERVICE STRUCTURE OF THE ENTERPRISE (ON THE EXAMPLE OF MINING ENTERPRISES)
Summary
The article on the example of Ukrainian mining enterprises substantiates the need to improve the formation of the structure of economic security services. A detailed analysis of the structure, tasks and functions of the economic security services of the mining and processing plants of JSC Southern Mining and "Poltava Mining and Processing Enterprise has been carried out. It is determined that protective and process approaches to managing economic security are inherent in plants, respectively. It was revealed that one of the key shortcomings of the modern organizational structures of these services is the mixing of functions that ensure the security of the economic and criminal areas both within the same unit, and their duplication in different departments. In order to eliminate the existing contradictions, it was proposed to separate the criminal security directorate from the structure of economic security services and provide it with special status. The necessity of transferring to the Directorate of Criminal Security all the tasks and functions that are now performed by employees of other services and related to the identification, investigation, prevention and other measures of misconduct, crimes and various kinds of offenses (not only economic areas), as well as cooperation with law enforcement, is shown bodies. The necessity of highlighting the service of analysis of economic interests of stakeholders and the assignment of relevant tasks to it is proved. It was established that these tasks can be divided into two separate blocks: economic, which will include an analysis of the economic status of stakeholders, forecasting trends in its development, taking into account possible changes in the structure of their economic interests, and criminal. The latter involves the identification of possible fraudulent schemes, misconduct and crimes, as well as other criminal aspects. It is shown that it is in this service that such a mix of economic and criminal activities will come in handy. The necessity of creating a single unit, which combines the functions of organization, operation and control of the use of information technologies and systems and the functions of ensuring the security of information interests of the enterprise, is shown. The proposed reorganization of the management structure will highlight the differences in the tasks and functions of the economic and criminal direction of enterprise management aimed at ensuring economic security.
