ФОРМУВАННЯ МЕТОДИЧНИХ ЗАСАД ЯКІСНОГО ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО ЗРОСТАННЯ АВІАЦІЙНОЇ ГАЛУЗІ
Анотація
У дослідженні проаналізовано темпи зростання підприємств літакобудування та ремонту України, а саме ДП "Антонов" та ПАТ "Моторсіч" за 2015—2018 рр., такі як власний капітал, оборотні фінансові активи, фінансові, нефінансові та економічні активи, індикатор фінансової стійкості та залучений капітал. Проведене узагальнення внутрішніх галузевих аналогій, які пропонується формувати в залежності від моніторингу фактичних та нормативних рангів темпів зростання та на базі висновків порівняльного аналізу, дозволяє розробляти проекти галузевого співробітництва, поширювати кластерні утворення в авіаційній галузі. Порушення встановлених пропорцій та нормативів призводить безпосередньо до погіршення фінансово-економічного стану, зростання напруженості і нестачі фінансових ресурсів в авіаційній галузі. І навпаки, дотримання закладених пропорцій (особливо достатності власного капіталу) гарантує поліпшення фінансово-економічного становища, досягнення зони фінансової стійкості й закріплення позитивних тенденцій якісного економічного зростання. Перспективами подальших досліджень є розробка організаційного механізму вдосконалення розвитку авіаційної галузі України з метою відновлення літакобудування та ремонту з подальшою експансією на міжнародні ринки.

THE METHODICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR QUALITATIVE ECONOMIC GROWTH OF THE AVIATION INDUSTRY
Summary
The research analyses the growth rates for aircraft manufacturers and maintenance companies in Ukraine, notably SE "Antonov" and JSC "Motorsich" for period of 2015—2019. The analyses focused on figures of equity, working capital, financial, non-financial and economic assets, indicator for financial sustainability and raised capital. The goal of the research is to generalize methodical foundations for evaluation of qualitative economic growth considering agents of the aviation industry, using the examples of aircraft manufacturers and maintenance and repair companies. The article presents the generalization of analogy comparisons of industries. It proposes to build the analogy depending on monitoring of actual and normative ranks for growth rates. The conclusions driven from the comparative analysis allow to develop projects for cluster formations in the aviation industry. The ranks can be measured on both actual and normative values and then compared to each other. If values are different it signals about disproportions of economic growth of the agents in the industry. The higher actual ranks compared to normative levels in case of SE"Antonov" indicate that capital accumulation lags behind borrowing and raising of investment funds, leading to deterioration of financial stability. The comparison of actual and normative ranks in case of JSC "Motorsich" shows less disproportions but reveal a quick deterioration of working capital situation, which endanger prospects for sound economic growth of the enterprise. The violations of proportions and normative indicators directly lead to deteriorations of financial-economic performance of the industry, increase of financial instability and lack of financial resources. If the proportions are kept (especially in case of equity to asset ratio) the improvements of financial-economic performance can be achieved, the industry may move to the area of the financial sustainability and positive tendencies for economic growth of quality can be cemented. The perspectives of further research consist of formulation of organizational methods to support development of the aviation industry of Ukraine within goals to restore aircraft manufacturing maintenance and repair facilities and secure its expansion to international markets.
