СТРАТЕГІЯ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ КОРПОРАТИВНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
Процес забезпечення корпоративної безпеки підприємства в умовах високої нестабільності середовища функціонування, вимагає здійснення суб'єктами безпеки послідовних, цілеспрямованих та науково-організованих захисних заходів. Результативність дій суб'єктів безпеки, визначається можливістю попередження виникнення та зменшення негативного впливу ключових внутрішніх та зовнішніх загроз. Комплексне вирішення не лише поточних, а передусім можливих у майбутньому проблем за рахунок своєчасної реакції та найбільш раціонального використання наявного ресурсного та організаційного забезпечення потребує розроблення стратегії забезпечення корпоративної безпеки підприємства. Обгрунтовано, що стратегію забезпечення корпоративної безпеки підприємства доцільно трактувати як інструмент формування безпечних умов реалізації стратегії розвитку підприємства, який передбачає досягнення корпоративних інтересів через виконання завдань в межах системи корпоративної безпеки підприємства із врахуванням фактичного рівня корпоративної безпеки та можливої зміни впливу ключових внутрішніх та зовнішніх загроз. Запропоновано послідовність оцінювання корпоративної безпеки промислового підприємства із подальшим вибором одного із варіантів стратегії та коригуванням її реалізації у відповідності до зміни впливу та переліку ключових зовнішніх та внутрішніх загроз.

ENTERPRISE CORPORATE SECURITY STRATEGY
Summary
The process of ensuring the corporate security of an enterprise, in languages of high instability of the operating environment, requires the implementation of consistent, purposeful and scientifically organized safeguards by security entities. The effectiveness of the security actors is determined by the possibility of preventing the occurrence and reducing the negative impact of key internal and external threats. The complex solution of not only current but above all possible problems in the future due to timely response and the most rational use of available resources and organizational support requires the development of corporate security strategy for the enterprise.
The purpose of the study was to determine the main approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "strategy", substantiation of the essence of the term "strategy for corporate corporate security", followed by a theoretical consideration of the development and implementation of corporate security strategy for industrial enterprises.
To formulate the methodological foundations for the development of corporate security strategy for an industrial enterprise, the following methods were used: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization — in the study of the essential characteristics of the terms "strategy" and "corporate security strategy"; synthesis and analysis — to formulate theoretical provisions for assessing the corporate security of an industrial enterprise and to determine the impact of threats on the corporate security of the enterprise; morphological analysis — to clarify the content of possible options for the strategy of ensuring corporate security of an industrial enterprise; graphic — for visual presentation of theoretical and methodical material; abstract-logical — for theoretical generalizations and conclusions of the study.
It is substantiated that it is expedient to interpret the corporate security strategy of the enterprise as a tool for creating safe conditions for the implementation of the enterprise development strategy, which envisages achievement of corporate interests by fulfilling tasks within the corporate security system taking into account the actual level of corporate security and possible change of influence of key internal and external threats. The sequence of corporate safety assessment of an industrial enterprise is proposed, followed by the choice of one of the options of the strategy: "survival strategy", "stabilization strategy" and "support strategy". It is proposed to adjust the implementation of the selected strategy based on the identification of key external and internal threats and change them to the corporate security of the industrial enterprise.
