ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ЯК ОСНОВА РОЗВИТКУ ЛОГІСТИЧНОГО ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВА В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті визначено основні чинники підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємств сфери логістики. З'ясовано, що значення логістичних систем на підприємстві зростає аналогічно збільшенню інтенсивності товарних потоків в ході розширення діяльності підприємства. Зазначено, що визначення рівня ефективності діяльності вітчизняних логістичних підприємств є ключовим завданням як для дослідження поточного стану логістичної системи, так і для формування логістичних стратегій підприємств. Актуальність дослідження ефективності, як з наукової, так і з практичної точки зору полягає в формуванні дієвої сукупності індикаторів стану логістичної діяльності. Така сукупність індикаторів необхідна вітчизняним підприємствам для побудови механізмів управлінських впливів на елементи логістичних систем.
Аналіз практичної діяльності вітчизняних та іноземних підприємств дав змогу зробити висновок про те, що існує об'єктивне зростання проблем управління ефективністю логістичної діяльності на всіх її етапах.
Визначено основні напрями підвищення ефективності логістичної діяльності. Виокремлено та досліджено методи підвищення ефективності логістичної діяльності. Запропоновано інноваційну модель механізму підвищення ефективності логістичної діяльності. Характерною особливістю пропонованої моделі механізму підвищення ефективності логістичної діяльності є тісний взаємозв'язок управлінських процесів та їх чітка ієрархія. Запропонована модель механізму підвищення ефективності логістичної діяльності дасть змогу визначити резерви для підвищення ефективності логістичної діяльності на основі інтегрального показника та системи збалансованих показників, які характеризують кожну з логістичних підсистем.

INCREASE OF EFFICIENCY ACTIVITY AS A BASIS FOR LOGISTICS ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE
Summary
Determining the level of efficiency of domestic logistics companies is a key task to study the current state of the logistics system and to formulate logistics strategies for enterprises either. The relevance of the study of efficiency, both from a scientific and practical point of view, consists in the formation of an effective set of indicators of the logistics activity. Such set of indicators is necessary for domestic enterprises to build mechanisms of managerial influence on the elements of logistics systems. Unfortunately the competitiveness of domestic logistics companies, compared to international ones remains catastrophically low. The problem consists not only in the quality and level of technological development, but above all — in inefficient systems of managing costs, resources, financial and material stocks. Fierce competition encourages businesses to seek new competitive reserves that were not previously considered to be a source of strengthening their competitive position in the market.
The indicated circumstances determine the necessity for deeper scientific and practical intelligence on the formation of theoretical and practical bases for improving the efficiency of logistics development in Ukraine and indicate the relevance and form the purpose of the research.
The purpose of the article is to identify key aspects of improving the efficiency of logistics companies.
Considering the purpose of the article, the main task of the research is development of an innovative mechanism for improving the efficiency of logistics activities.
Studying of foreign scientific works and domestic authors shows that at present no unified position has been developed regarding the disclosure of the essence of the concept of "logistical activity efficiency", also, conceptual and methodological bases for ensuring its effectiveness have not been formed yet, there are no large-scale studying the level of influence of various external and internal factors on the efficiency of logistics activities.
The main factors that increase efficiency activity of the enterprises in sphere of logistics are defined in the article. It is found that the significance of logistics systems in an enterprise increases similarly to an increase in the intensity of goods flows as the enterprise expands. It is stated that determining the efficiency level activity of domestic logistic enterprises is a key task both for the study of the current state of the logistics system and for the formation of logistic strategies of enterprises. The analysis of the practical activity of domestic and foreign enterprises has made it possible to conclude that there is an objective increase in the problems of managing the efficiency of logistics activity at all its stages. The main directions of increasing efficiency of logistic activity are define. Methods of increasing the efficiency of logistic activity were identified and researched.
An innovative model of the mechanism of increasing the efficiency of logistics activities is proposed. A distinctive feature of the proposed model of the mechanism for improving the efficiency of logistics activities is the close interconnection of management processes and their clear hierarchy. The proposed mechanism model of increasing the efficiency of logistics activities will allow to determine the reserves for improving the efficiency of logistics activities, based on the integral indicator and the system based on balanced indicators that characterize each of the logistics subsystems.
