СТРАТЕГІЯ ФІНАНСОВОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ КОНКУРЕНТНИХ ПЕРЕВАГ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ
Анотація
Основні завдання дослідження полягають у: розробленні методичних підходів до Стратегії фінансового забезпечення конкурентних переваг сільськогосподарських підприємств. Наголошено, що одним із головних викликів сьогодення став процес глобалізації, за якого перед Україною, як і перед будь-якою транзитивною державою, фактично стоїть завдання забезпечення підвищення конкурентоспроможності економіки, оптимізації галузевої структури на основі стратегічного планування технологічного розвитку.
Доведено, що виявлення та примноження переваг, властивих підприємству, уможливлює його конкурентоспроможний розвиток на засадах застосування потенціалу стратегічного менеджменту та фінансово-економічного інструментарію.
Запропоноване власне бачення стратегії фінансового забезпечення конкурентоспроможності сільськогосподарських підприємств. Першочерговим кроком якого є здійснення SWOT-аналізу розвитку та функціонування Вінницької області. Метод SWOT-аналізу є загальною схемою, яку кожного разу необхідно пристосовувати до конкретних умов та до вирішення певних завдань.
Аргументовано, що для покращення фінансового забезпечення конкурентоспроможності сільськогосподарських підприємств Вінницької області необхідно насамперед визначитися з пріоритетними напрямами розвитку країни та регіону, очікуваними макроекономічними, галузевими і регіональними результатами та індикаторами якісних змін.

STRATEGY OF FINANCIAL PROVISION OF COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES
Summary
The main objectives of the research are to: develop methodological approaches to the Strategy of financial support of competitive advantages of agricultural enterprises. It was stressed that one of the main challenges today is the process of globalization, which in fact confronts Ukraine, as well as any transitional state, with the task of ensuring the competitiveness of the economy, optimizing the sectoral structure based on strategic planning of technological development. It is proved that the identification and multiplication of the advantages inherent in the enterprise makes it possible to develop it competitively on the basis of applying the potential of strategic management and financial and economic tools.
We have justified the methods of evaluating financial support for the agricultural enterprises competitiveness allowing each producer to identify their weaknesses and strengths, to choose a strategy for socio-economic and financial development, and to formulate tactics to achieve the highest effect in business.
We have improved the assessment of the interdependence and interplay of financial security and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises through the management of financial flows formed by such traditional forms as own, banking, budgetary, shareholder, leasing, venture, and insurance financing supplemented with possible financing through the latest ones i.e. agrarian receipts, bill financing and issuance of convertible bonds. They extend the agricultural enterprises security with reliable financial flow management tools based on the cash flow statement data.
The components of strategies for agricultural enterprises competitiveness development concerning financial support are substantiated and the tools for its implementation are developed.
The own vision of the strategy of financial support of competitiveness of agricultural enterprises is offered. The first step is the implementation of SWOT — analysis of development and functioning of Vinnytsia region. The SWOT analysis method is a general scheme that must be adapted to specific conditions and to specific tasks each time.
It is argued that in order to improve the financial security of agricultural enterprises in Vinnytsia region, it is necessary to first determine the priority directions of development of the country and the region, the expected macroeconomic, sectoral and regional results and indicators of qualitative changes.
