СУЧАСНІ УМОВИ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ ОСНОВНИХ ВИДІВ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ АГРОПРОМИСЛОВОГО КОМПЛЕКСУ РУЖИНСЬКОГО РАЙОНУ ЖИТОМИРСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ
Анотація
Дослідження присвячені узагальненню теоретико-методичних і науково-практичних аспектів конкурентоспроможності сільськогосподарської продукції підприємства, розв'язанню наукового завдання, що виявляється в підвищенні рівня конкурентоспроможності сільськогосподарської продукції ДП "Ружин-молоко" Ружинського району Житомирської області. Проблемою ефективного розвитку досліджуваного підприємства стали застарілі технології виробництва, низький рівень матеріально-технічного забезпечення, незадоволені потреби в ресурсному забезпеченні та ін. Вирішення проаналізованих проблем полягає в запровадженні принципово нових технологічних факторів виробництва, які підтверджуються прогнозними економічними розрахунками, стосовно питань фінансового забезпечення запропонованих нововведень, джерел їх надходження та розрахунку показників ефективності від їх використання. Вирішення даної проблеми разом з оптимізацією бази матеріально-технічного забезпечення виробництва досліджуваного підприємства та оптимізацією можливого розвитку сільськогосподарських підприємств Житомирської області дасть можливість оновити матеріально-ресурсне забезпечення виробництва ДП "Ружин-молоко", створити умови для розвитку дієвого конкурентного середовища та значно підвищити його ефективність. У разі впровадження докорінної перебудови технології вирощування озимої пшениці в досліджуваному господарстві значно зростає ефективність виробництва цієї культури. Успішний розвиток досліджуваного підприємства можливий за умови розвитку зовнішнього середовища аграрного підприємства, а те в свою чергу залежать від розвитку національної економіки.

CURRENT CONDITIONS OF INVESTMENT SUPPORT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MAIN TYPES OF ACTIVITIES OF THE ENTERPRISES OF THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX RUZHYN DISTRICT OF ZHYTOMYR REGION
Summary
The article substantiates and analyzes the conceptual bases and practical recommendations on the current state of investment attractiveness of dairy production in Ukrainian dairy enterprises. The expediency and necessity of development of new types of dairy products as an innovative and highly profitable direction of agricultural business is substantiated. The analysis of the influence of external and internal factors of management of dairy enterprises on the prospects of alternative investment support for their efficient production. Strategic directions for improving the investment climate of the dairy production and marketing system are highlighted, and the factors that limit it. The necessity of a radical restructuring of the existing system of investment support for the production of dairy products in the context of the development and involvement of effective state and regional programs is indicated. Prospects for the development of dairy products in dairies and conditions for their achievement are outlined.
The problem of effective development of the investigated enterprise has become obsolete production technologies, low level of logistics, dissatisfied with the need for resource provision, etc. The solution of the analyzed problems is the introduction of fundamentally new technological factors of production, which are confirmed by predictive economic calculations, in relation to the issues of investment support of the proposed innovations, sources of their receipt and calculation of indicators of efficiency from their use. Solving this problem together with the investment optimization of the enterprise's production systems for modernizing milk processing technology and optimizing the possible "vector" for the development of processing enterprises in Zhytomyr region will enable to update the material and resource supply of the enterprise "Ruzhin-Milko", create conditions for the development of an effective competitive environment and greatly improve its efficiency. When introducing environmentally safe and less material-intensive milk processing technology in the investigated enterprise, the efficiency of processing and production of dairy products is significantly increased. Successful development of the investigated enterprise is possible under the condition of the development of the external environment of the agrarian enterprise, and these, in turn, depend on the development of the national economy. In the future of the next research it is worth paying attention to the pragmatism of the State Enterprise "Ruzhin-Milko" in the implementation of the products produced on the external markets of dairy products. In this aspect, considerable attention is needed to the investigation of possible logistic and marketing channels of product sales.
