ІННОВАЦІЙНА МЕРЕЖА ЯК СТИМУЛЮЮЧА ЛАНКА МЕХАНІЗМУ ДЕРЖАВНОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ЕКОНОМІКИ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
У статті вивченно особливості функціонування та будови інноваційної мережі як стимулюючий елемент механізму державного регулювання інноваційного розвитку економіки України. Визначені зовнішні середовища, які впливають на систему, описано її суб'єкти. Доповнено структуру інноваційної мережі, виділивши додатково психологічну та віртуальну підсистеми. Описано особливості будови психологічної підсистеми, визначено фактори та умови які впливають на її формування. Охарактеризовано особливості будови віртуальної підсистеми, визначено фактори та умови, які впливають на її формування. Описано особливі риси інноваційної мережі. Визначенно принципи побудови та охарактеризовано функціональні особливості суб'єктів інноваційної мережі. У статті досліджено утворення конкурентних переваг у суб'єктах під час виконання спільних завдань та кооперації в інноваційній системі. Описано джерела та принципи фінансування проектів в інноваційних мережах.

INNOVATIVE NETWORK AS A STIMULATING LINK OF THE MECHANISM OF STATE REGULATION OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE UKRAINIAN ECONOMY
Summary
The article examines the features of the functioning and structure of the innovation network as a stimulating element of the mechanism of state regulation of innovative development of the economy of Ukraine. The external environments affecting the system are defined, its subjects are described. The structure of the innovation network was supplemented, highlighting the psychological and virtual subsystems. The features of the structure of the psychological subsystem are described, the factors and conditions that influence its formation are determined. The features of the structure of the virtual subsystem are characterized, the factors and conditions that influence its formation are determined. Describes the special features of the innovation network. The principles of construction are defined and the functional features of the subjects of the innovation network are characterized. The article examines the formation of competitive advantages in the subjects when performing common tasks and cooperation in the innovation system. Described sources and principles of financing projects in innovative networks. The article deals with the issues of building national innovation networks based on modern models of the innovation process. The principles of the formation of innovative networks of interstate, national, regional and sectoral levels. The article material is accompanied by an example of building in Ukraine, the national innovation network.
The integration of business entities into an innovative network allows for the creation of competitive advantages for them. Depending on the degree of cooperation between organizations there is a direct dependence on increasing the benefits for them. Thus, the development of the innovation network of Ukraine should become one of the priority directions of innovation development and provide additional opportunities for ensuring its competitiveness in the conditions of globalization.
