ЕКОЛОГО-ЕКОНОМІЧНІ ПРОБЛЕМИ ЗЕМЛЕКОРИСТУВАННЯ В РАМКАХ СТАЛОГО (ЗБАЛАНСОВАНОГО) РОЗВИТКУ ВІННИЦЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ
Анотація
Статтю присвячено обгрунтуванню параметрів екологічної стійкості Вінницької області. Встановлено, що Вінницька область характеризується високою щільністю населення та розвиненою структурою сільськогосподарського виробництва. Детально проаналізовано існуючу структуру земельного фонду України та Вінницької області. Визначено основні тенденції зміни в структурі землекористувань України та Вінницької області. Обчислено ступінь сільськогосподарської освоєності території Вінницької області. Встановлено рівень розораності території та рівень розораності сільськогосподарських угідь в області. Вказано на суттєві диспропорції в структурі землекористування Вінницької області. Обгрунтовано базові напрями сталого (збалансованого) розвитку землекористування в регіоні. Встановлено доцільність дотримання оптимальної структури земельного фонду в Україні та в регіоні.
Розглянуто основні параметри екологічної стійкості територій та земель. Обгрунтовано поняття потенціал екологічної стійкості земель. Оцінено екологічну стійкість земельних угідь Вінницької області за методичним підходом Будзяк О.С. Розкрито шляхи формування екологічної стійкості земель природного, продуктивного та техногенного типів. Обчислено динаміку зміни екологічної стійкості земель Вінницької області.
Відмічено, що землі Вінницької області перебувають на нижньому рівні екологічної стійкості. Встановлено, що збереження існуючих тенденцій землекористування у Вінницькій області призведе лише до повільного підвищення екологічної стійкості її території. Рекомендовано проводити діагностику стану земель за рівнем екологічної стійкості. Для пришвидшення темпів вирішення еколого-економічних проблем землекористування у Вінницькій області запровадити управління екологічною стійкістю земель та перейти до збалансованого управління земельними ресурсами.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMIC PROBLEMS OF LAND USE IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE SUSTAINABLE (BALANCED) DEVELOPMENT OF VINNITKA REGION
Summary
The arti[||]cle is devoted to the substantiation of the parameters of environmental sustainability of Vinnitsa region. It is established that Vinnitsa region is characterized by a high population density and a developed structure of agricultural production. The existing structure of the land fund of Ukraine and Vinnytsia region is analyzed in detail. The main trends in changes in the structure of land use in Ukraine and Vinnitsa region are identified. Calculated the degree of agricultural development of the region. The level of plowing of the territory and the level of plowing of agricultural land in the region. Indicated significant disparities in the structure of land use in Vinnytsia region. Grounded basic directions of sustainable (balanced) development of land use in the region. The expediency of compliance with the optimal structure of the land fund in Ukraine and in the region has been established.
The main parameters of ecological sustainability of territories and lands are considered. The concept of the potential of ecological sustainability of lands is substantiated. The environmental sustainability of land in the Vinnitsa region is estimated by the methodical approach Budzyak O.S. The ways of formation of ecological sustainability of lands of natural, productive and technogenic types are revealed. The dynamics of changes in the environmental sustainability of the lands of Vinnitsa region are calculated.
It is noted that the lands of Vinnitsa region are at the lower level of environmental sustainability. It has been established that the preservation of the existing tendencies of land use in the Vinnitsa region will only lead to a slow increase in the environmental sustainability of its territory. It is recommended to diagnose the state of the land according to the level of environmental sustainability To accelerate the pace of solving environmental and economic problems of land use in the Vinnytsia region, it is recommended to introduce management of environmental sustainability of land and move to a balanced land management.
