ОЦІНКА ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ УПРАВЛІННЯ РИЗИКАМИ В СИСТЕМІ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ АГРАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ
Анотація
У статті представлено результати дослідження ефективності управління ризиками аграрних підприємств Лісостепової зони України на основі запропонованих концептуальних засад організації системи управління ризиками в системі менеджменту підприємства та моделі нарощення суми інвестицій з використанням комплексної змінної для опису ступеня ризику, розподіленого в часі. Розглянуто властивості системи управління ризиком, важливі при побудові ефективної системи управління ризиками в системі менеджменту підприємств, а саме: системний характер управління ризиком, складна структура системи управління ризиком, висока результативність системи управління ризиком. Запропоновано принципи, які мають бути закладені в систему управління ризиками на етапі її проектування і побудови, з метою її ефективного функціонування. Розкрито особливості абсолютної та відносної ефективності впровадження системи управління ризиками на підприємстві.

ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFICIENCY OF RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Summary
The problem of risk management cannot be effectively addressed by a set of individual measures. This task is solved by the introduction of an integrated risk management system that addresses all aspects of the enterprise's activities. It serves as the basis for all management activities. Therefore, the assessment of the effectiveness of the enterprise management subsystem — risk management is very important in terms of developing and taking managerial decisions on the impact on the risks that arise both in the changing macro environment of the enterprise and directly in the middle of the enterprise. An effective system of risk management in an enterprise primarily affects the effectiveness of management of all processes in the enterprise, and therefore provides for stable operation of the enterprise, growth of its potential and significance, competitiveness in the domestic and foreign markets.
The article considers the properties of the risk management system that are important in building an effective risk management system in the enterprise management system, namely the systemic risk management, the complex structure of the risk management system, and its high performance. The principles, which should be incorporated into the system of risk management at the stage of its design and construction, are proposed for the purpose of its effective functioning. The peculiarities of absolute and relative efficiency of implementation of risk management system at the enterprise are revealed.
We have developed and proposed to agrarian enterprises for the implementation of the concept of forming a risk management system whose ultimate goal is to ensure the sustainable functioning of the agrarian enterprise. Also, we propose to apply for forecasting of cash flows from production activity the model of increase the amount of investment using a complex variable to describe the degree of risk, distributed in time. It provides an opportunity to increase the economic efficiency and competitiveness of agricultural production and raw materials production in conditions of uncertainty and to predict the movement of investment funds in all production processes of the enterprise simultaneously and in the long-term perspective, which in turn provides the adoption of effective management decisions or their timely adjustment of investments funds.
Recommendations for improving risk management developed by us have been practically tested in the management of agro-enterprises of the Forest-steppe zone of Ukraine and presented detailed results of the study of the effectiveness of risk management at these enterprises.
