ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЕКОЛОГІЧНИХ ПРОЕКТІВ СУБ'ЄКТІВ ГОСПОДАРЮВАННЯ
Анотація
У статті представлено основні причини незбалансованого екологічного розвитку та тенденції ресурсоємного виробництва. Виокремлено особливості інвестування екологічних проектів, показано роль і місце іноземних інвестицій в результативності управління інноваційно-інвестиційною діяльністю, розглянуто особливості управління інноваційно-інвестиційною діяльністю суб'єктів господарювання в умовах еколого-економічного розвитку країни. Визначено, що в останні роки у світовій практиці інвестування екологічних проектів суб'єктів господарювання змістилося в площину вибору і здійснення нових форм. Виявлено, що перевагу сьогодні стали віддавати таким формам інвестування, як лізинг, концесія, факторинг і франчайзинг, на ефективність яких впливають організаційно-правові та економічні умови і способи залучення інвестицій. Виявлено особливості управління інвестиційною діяльністю, які виявляються в посиленні взаємодії економічних важелів і стимулів, розширенні інститутів стимулювання інвесторів і підвищенні ефективності суб'єктів господарювання за рахунок нових форм інвестування.

INVESTMENT SUPPORT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS OF BUSINESS ENTITIES
Summary
The article presents the main causes of unbalanced ecological development and the trend of resource-intensive production. At present, the main purpose of business entities in investing in fixed assets is the replacement of worn-out equipment, automation of the production process. Accordingly, it is far from the first place to meet the environmental requirements in the production and use of energy-saving, resource-saving technologies. An assessment of the results of investing in the main production funds has made it possible to determine that the key problem of raising capital in domestic environmental projects is, first of all, the low demand for them by the producer, as well as the ineffectiveness of the structure — the loss-making focus on the purchase of finished equipment abroad to the detriment of the implementation of their own new developments, which ensure the conservation of resources, environmental standards and norms.
The peculiarities of investing into environmental projects are highlighted, the role and place of foreign investments in the efficiency of management of innovation and investment activity, features of management of innovation and investment activity of economic entities in the conditions of ecological and economic development are shown. countries. It has been established that in recent years, in world practice, investing in environmental projects of business entities has shifted to the area of choice and introduction of new forms. It is revealed that today the advantage is given to such forms of investments as leasing, concession, factoring and franchising, the effectiveness of which is influenced by organizational and legal and economic conditions and ways of attracting investment. The features of investment activity management are revealed, which are manifested in strengthening the interaction of economic instruments and incentives, expansion of institutions stimulating investors and improving the efficiency of business entities through new forms of investment.
