ЛОКАЛЬНІ ДЕТЕРМІНАНТИ РОЗВИТКУ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦЬКОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ СІЛЬСЬКИХ ТЕРИТОРІЙ

Анотація

Здійснено аналіз основних векторів досліджень зокрема, вибір в якості об'єктів досліджень процесів та явищ, які протікають безпосередньо на сільських територіях та впливають на соціо-економіко-еколого-просторовий розвиток сільського соціуму, використання ресурсної концепції у дослідженнях локального економічного простору, оперування універсальними та спеціальними поняттями в процесі дослідження; виявлено ключові фактори впливу на розвиток підприємницького потенціалу сільських територій; обгрунтовано локальні детермінантами розвитку цього потенціалу; розроблено модель формування підприємницького потенціалу сільських територій, в якій конкретизовані суб'єкти, інструменти, мотиви членів сільського соціуму, види підприємницької діяльності, що здійснюють потенційний вплив на формування підприємницького потенціалу сільських територій та забезпечення високої якості життя сільського соціуму.

LOCAL DETERMINANTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISE POTENTIAL OF AGRICULTURAL TERRITORIES

Summary

The article analyzes the main vectors of researches, reveals the key factors of development of entrepreneurial potential of rural territories; The model of forming the entrepreneurial potential of rural areas, in which the subjects, tools, motives of members of rural society, types of entrepreneurial activities that have a potential influence on the formation of entrepreneurial potential of rural territories and ensuring high quality of life of rural society are specified.
The purpose of the research is to substantiate local determinants of the development of entrepreneurial potential of rural areas and to develop a model for the formation of this potential.
The methodological basis of the research is the abstract-logical method, methods of analysis and synthesis, by means of which the vectors of theoretical and methodological support of development of entrepreneurial potential of rural territories are revealed; the method of expert assessment, which determined the local determinants of the development of rural areas; Using the method of generalization of results, a model for forming the entrepreneurial potential of rural areas was developed.
The necessity of study of local determinants of development of entrepreneurial potential of rural areas is due to the lack of knowledge and experience of the heads of rural entrepreneurship on the local aspects of its formation, as well as the low level of institutional provision of the environment of entrepreneurial potential of rural areas.
The originality of the research is determined by the justification of local determinants of the development of entrepreneurial potential of rural areas. This allowed to form the basis of a universal model for the development of entrepreneurial potential of rural areas based on the results of ranking this study.
The significance of the research is due to the prospects of forming conceptual and applied models of management of the development of local entrepreneurial potential by different subjects of management -heads of agricultural enterprises, heads of united territorial communities.
