ПРОБЛЕМА НЕЕФЕКТИВНОГО ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ЗЕМЕЛЬ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКОГО ПРИЗНАЧЕННЯ МИКОЛАЇВСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ
Анотація
Статтю присвячено дослідженню проблеми неефективного використання земель сільськогосподарського призначення. З'ясовано, що Миколаївська область характеризується наявністю досить високого біопродуктивного потенціалу і водночас катастрофічним станом земель сільськогосподарського призначення.
Проведено аналіз динаміки економічної ефективності використання земель сільськогосподарського призначення з 2015 р. по 2017 р. Висвітлено результати агрохімічного стану грунтів області за показниками вмісту гумусу, рухомих фосфатів, обмінного калію. Наведено обсяги застосування органічних і мінеральних добрив під посіви сільськогосподарських культур.
У результаті дослідження авторами було визначено та обгрунтовано основні проблеми, які спричинені неефективним використанням земель сільськогосподарського призначення. Охарактеризовано правовий та людський фактори, що є тими основними причинами, які призводять до проблеми неефективного використання сільськогосподарських земель, що в майбутньому може стати загрозою в регіональній безпеці області.

THE PROBLEM OF INEFFICIENT AGRICULTURAL LAND USE OF THE MYKOLAIV REGION
Summary
The article is devoted to the research of the problem of inefficient agricultural land use. It is revealed that the Mykolaiv region is characterized by the presence of sufficiently high bioproductive potential and at the same time a catastrophic condition of agricultural land.
The analysis of dynamics of economic efficiency of agricultural land use from 2015 to 2017 was carried out. It is revealed that the efficiency of agricultural land use indicates a clear dependence of cost indicators of economic efficiency on the monetary valuation of agricultural lands. Natural indicators of efficiency land use were used, which characterize the level of use of certain types of agricultural land in the production of certain types of crop and livestock products. It is proved that yield of agricultural crops are an indicator of technological efficiency of land use and labor resources, which are the causes of crop losses. Importance was the observation of some of the most informative in terms of diagnosing the degree of anthropogenic pressure on agricultural land, by fertility indicators, in particular monitoring the content of one of the main components of the soil — humus. Humus compounds are a reserve of nutrients and soil energy and determine the complex of agronomic properties of the soil, first and foremost, its fertility. The results of an agrochemical survey of soils of the region on indicators of maintenance of humus, mobile phosphates, potassium exchange are presented. Сonsidered and analyzed the volumes of use of organic and mineral fertilizers under sowings of agricultural crops.
As a result of the research, the authors identified and substantiated the main problems caused by inefficient agricultural land use. These are high indicators of economic land use, of plowing of agricultural land, extensive use of arable land, the processes of their degradation are intensified, soils lose their fertility. As a result of this, the productivity of crops decreases, the ecological situation worsens. Characterized by legal and human factors, which are the main reasons that lead to the problem of inefficient agricultural land use that in the future may become a threat to the region's regional security.
