ЛІСОВЕ ГОСПОДАРСТВО ЯК СУБ'ЄКТ ЕКОНОМІКО-СУСПІЛЬНОГО ІНТЕРЕСУ

Анотація

Статтю присвячено дослідженню наукового трактування сутності категорії "лісове господарство" у системі економічних та суспільних інтересів. Ліс є джерелом природних благ, таких як природні ресурси та природні умови, які використовуються в сьогоденні та можуть бути використані в майбутньому в процесі економічної діяльності для задоволення як матеріальних так і духовних потреб суспільства. Розглянуто синергічність елементів матеріального й нематеріального виробництва в лісовому господарстві, яка полягає у спільній взаємодії біосфери та її фізико-біологічних складових із суспільством взагалі та його елементів зокрема, а також з технічними засобами. Все це відбувається завдяки безперервному трудовому процесі в лісовому господарстві. Економічні та соціальні потреби виступають спонукальним мотивом виробництва, потреба є передумовою виробництва. Взаємозв'язок між економічними законами і господарською діяльністю відбувається через економічні потреби та інтереси суспільства. Систематизовано зв'язок економічних законів з лісогосподарською діяльністю.

FORESTRY AS A SUBJECT OF ECONOMIC-SOCIAL INTERESTS

Summary

The article reveals the study of the scientific interpretation of the essence of the category "forestry" in the system of economic and social interests. The forest is a source of natural wealth, such as natural resources and natural conditions that are used in the present and can be used in the future in the process of economic activity to meet the material and spiritual needs of society. The synergy of elements of material and non-material production in forestry is considered, which consists in the joint interaction of the biosphere and its physical and biological components with society in general and its elements in particular, as well as with technical means. All this is due to the continuous process of work in the forestry sector. Economic and social needs are the motive for production, the need is a precondition for production. The relationship between economic laws and economic activity is due to the economic needs and interests of society. The communication of economic laws with forestry activities is systematized.
The notion of public interest is so multifaceted and comprehensible that it makes it impossible to define it within the limits of one definition. From the essence of the concept of a forest enterprise as a subject of economic and social interest, the following follows that the category "forestry" can be used in the following variants: as an industry — forestry; as a separate enterprise; as a sign of a production process embodied in human labor for the purpose of forestry; as a separate scientific branch of knowledge.
It should be noted that the economic interests of business entities form a system of goals for the development of the entire forest industry in general, and on the basis of them are determined the primary goals and interests. Public interests consist in achieving a high level of socio-economic development, and the state acts as an investor of the social sector, investing in the development of intellectual potential of the country. Private interests aim at maximizing income. And the priority direction of public interests is the sustainable and sound management of forestry.
