ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ТЕРИТОРІЇ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ НА АГРОЛАНДШАФТНІЙ ОСНОВІ
Анотація
Доведено необхідність впровадження системи формування землекористувань на агроландшафтній основі, що змінює порядок планування, здійснення, економічного стимулювання, контролю виконання робіт щодо організації території сільськогосподарських підприємств. Обгрунтовано сутність та концептуальні положення організації території сільськогосподарських підприємств на агроландшафтній основі. Сформульовано основні принципи і визначено завдання агроландшафтної організації території сільськогосподарських підприємств. Запропоновано алгоритм агроландшафтної організації території сільськогосподарських підприємств, що грунтується на комплексному аналізі екологічних, економічних та соціальних умов конкретного господарства та передбачає такі етапи, як оцінка ресурсного потенціалу; планування проекту організації території; складання проекту землеустрою; оцінка ефективності проектних рішень. Вказаний алгоритм дає змогу господарствам максимально використовувати власні ресурси, забезпечуючи відтворення природних ресурсів агроекосистем. Запропоновано концептуальний підхід до забезпечення функціонування інструментарію організації території сільськогосподарських підприємств на агроландшафтній основі з урахуванням їх ресурсного потенціалу. Цей підхід передбачає підвищення ефективності аграрного виробництва та надає змогу забезпечити раціональне природокористування завдяки оптимізації використання ресурсів сільськогосподарським підприємством.

ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC FEATURES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE TERRITORY OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES ON AGROLANDSCAPE BASIS
Summary
The article substantiates that the state and negative trends in the use and protection of agricultural land require the immediate implementation of measures to protect them, primarily through the arrangement of agricultural land. Therefore, the specific imperatives of the formation of the territory of farms on an agrolandscape basis become extremely important, since the creation of favorable ecological and economic conditions for increasing production and maintaining agro-ecosystems is possible only on this basis. The necessity of introducing a system of land use formation on an agrolandscape basis, which changes the order of planning, implementing, economic incentives, monitoring the implementation of work on the organization of the territory of agricultural enterprises, has been proved. The essence and conceptual provisions of the organization of the territory of agricultural enterprises on an agrolandscape basis are substantiated. The basic principles are formulated and the tasks of the agrolandscape organization of the territory of agricultural enterprises are defined. An algorithm for the agrolandscape organization of the territory of agricultural enterprises is proposed, based on a comprehensive analysis of the environmental, economic and social conditions of a particular farm and includes the following steps: assessment of the resource potential; project planning; drawing up the project of land management; evaluation of the effectiveness of design decisions. This algorithm allows farms to maximize their own resources, ensuring the reproduction of the natural resources of agroecosystems. A conceptual approach to the functioning of the toolkit for organizing the territory of agricultural enterprises on an agrolandscape basis, taking into account their resource potential, is proposed. This approach assumes an increase in the efficiency of agricultural production and makes it possible to ensure rational environmental management by optimizing the use of resources of an agricultural enterprise.
